M in (MM')O3 is at least one element selected from elements in group 2A and those (except for La) in group 3A in the periodic table, and M' at least one element selected from elements in groups 3B, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A and 8 in the periodic table, and metal oxide AOx uses a high-resistance, heat-resisting metal oxide having a melting point of at least 1300 DEG C and a resistance (1000 DEG C) of AOx simple substance in a thermistor device shape of at least 1000 OMEGA , thereby providing a resistance ranging from 100 OMEGA to 100k OMEGA in a temperature range of room temperature to 1000 DEG C with small temperature variations.
