    摘要: A fluid delivery device is provided. The fluid delivery device includes a melter having a loading chamber and a hopper disposed in communication with the loading chamber, the loading chamber having one or more heating elements. The hopper includes a second heating element. The melter also includes a container handling system for lifting a container a predetermined height and moving the container from a position remote of the melter to a position within the loading chamber. The container includes contents stored within. The heating elements heat the contents so that the contents may be received in the hopper. The hopper may continue to heat the contents to provide a fluid. The fluid may be discharged from the hopper by way of a pump assembly. A pressure of fluid may be regulated at the pump assembly.

In use, hot water is introduced into the chamber (11) through inlet (15) and the chamber (11) is orientated such that return outlet (16) is positioned above the inlet (15). The inlet flow rate is equal to or greater than the draw-off flow rate, and any excess volume of hot water in the chamber (11) is returnable, to the source of hot water, through the return outlet (16), thereby creating a constant head of water above the draw-off outlets (17, 9).

A first temperature control assembly maintains the precursor container at a first temperature to generate a vapor precursor from the liquid or solid precursor. An isolation valve is coupled to the precursor container, and a specific quantity of the vapor precursor is accumulated in an expansion volume. A fill valve, which is coupled to each of the isolation valve and the expansion volume, controls the flow of the vapor precursor from the precursor container into the expansion volume. A second temperature control assembly maintains the isolation valve at a second temperature greater than the first temperature.
