Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Umkaschieren zugempfindlicher Folien (12) von einem ersten Träger (11) auf einen zweiten Träger (13), wobei die Vorrichtung (100, 200) eine erste Transporteinrichtung (20), eine zweite Transporteinrichtung (30) und eine Aufkaschiereinrichtung (60) aufweist. Die erste Transporteinrichtung (20) ist zum Transport eines ersten Laminatbandes (10), das von einen ersten bandförmigen Träger (11) und einer darauf aufkaschierten zugempfindlichen Folie (12) gebildet ist, von einer Laminatausgabeeinrichtung zu einer Foliendekaschierstelle (40) und zum Weitertransport des an der Foliendekaschierstelle (40) von der zugempfindlichen Folie (12) abgetrennten Trägerbandes (11) von der Foliendekaschierstelle (40) zu einer Trägerbandaufnahmeeinrichtung ausgebildet. Die zweite Transportvorrichtung (30) ist zum Transport eines zweiten bandförmigen Trägers (13) zur Aufkaschiereinrichtung (60), die zum Aufkaschieren einer an der Foliendekaschierstelle (40) dekaschierten zugempfindlichen Folie (12) auf den zweiten Träger (13) zur Bildung eines zweiten Laminatbandes (14) ausgebildet ist, und zum Weitertransport des zweiten Laminatbandes von der Aufkaschiereinrichtung (60) zu einer Laminatbandaufnahmeeinrichtung ausgebildet. Die erste Transportvorrichtung (20) und die Aufkaschiereinrichtung (60) sind relativ zueinander so angeordnet, dass die zugempfindliche Folie (12) an der Foliendekaschierstelle (40) in zur Laufrichtung des ersten Laminatbandes (10) an dieser Stelle entgegengesetzten Richtung abgezogen wird.

The present invention provides an apparatus and associated method for removing backing film(216) from tape (204) or tape during the fiber placement process. The present invention uses a passive (non-powered) take-up roller (220) to wind up the backing film that has been separated from the tape.

본 발명은 패널로부터 편광 필름을 박리하기 위한 박리바, 장치 및 박리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 박리바의 선단부에 박리되는 편광 필름이 접하여 박리바와 편광 필름 사이의 마찰력을 최소화할 있다. 박리바의 선단부의 말단의 곡면 반지름과 선단부의 상부면은 편광 필름에 가해지는 전단력의 Z축 성분이 최소가 되도록 설계된다. 또한 본 발명은 박리시 편광 필름에 가해지는 텐션이 균일하게 되도록 하기 위해, 편광 필름의 양 끝단이 박리바에 밀착되도록 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 박리되는 편광 필름의 파단을 방지하여, 파단 없이 안정적으로 패널로부터 편광 필름을 박리할 수 있다.

The fiber batt reclaiming method and apparatus separates the fiber batt portion of surplus or defective fiberglass insulation from the paper backing material attached to the fiber batt. As the insulation is fed to a perforated roller, a vacuum means draws the backing material to the roller so that the backing material adheres to the roller. As the roller rotates the fiber batt portion of the insulation is separated from the backing material by a separation tool. In accordance with various embodiments of the apparatus, the separation tool may be an elongated knife, a pressurized air bar, a circular saw bar, or an elongated wire brush.

Methods and apparatus are described for removing donor sheets from substrates. A take- up roller contacts the donor element at or near an edge thereof and a peel roller contacts the donor element at a location spaced apart from the edge. A securing mechanism secures the edge of the donor element to the take-up roller which is then moved away from the substrate. While maintaining the peel roller in contact with the donor element, the take-up roller is rotated to take up the donor element while the peel roller and take-up roller are both simultaneously moved in a direction tangential to the substrate. In this manner, the donor element is peeled from the surface of the substrate.

The present invention relates to a method for detaching a supporting fabric (51) from a substantially long piece of elastomeric material (50) to which it is attached, prior to transferring said piece to a tyre manufacturing drum. Said method includes the steps of automatically detaching the supporting fabric from the elastomeric piece and, at the same time, moving said elastomeric piece towards a feed device (30) located upstream from said manufacturing drum in order to effect said transfer. The present invention also relates to a device (10) for performing said detachment automatically. Said device comprises at least a first roller (13) which is driven in rotation by a motor means (16); at least a second roller (18) which can move alternately in two directions between a first resting position in which said second roller is at a distance from said first roller and a second working position during the step of detachment of the supporting fabric in which said second roller is in contact with said first roller, and at least one actuator (21) capable of movements of said second roller.
