摘要: Disclosed herein are compositions, systems, and methods relating to three-dimensional bioprinted tissue models, in particular liver tissue modes. Compositions, systems, and methods as described here provide for improved tissue models, thereby improving their utility for diagnostic, clinical, and research purposes. In certain aspects, tissue models as described herein exhibit gene expression profiles, enzymatic function, and enzyme/protein secretion comparable to in vivo organs.
