摘要: This is a control method for a vehicle, the vehicle including an electric generator, an engine coupled to the electric generator, a drive motor configured to drive the vehicle, and a battery electrically connected to the electric generator and the drive motor, electric power generated by the electric generator being configured to be supplied to at least one of the battery and the drive motor. The control method is including: calculating, when a temperature of the battery is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature, a drive torque target value based on required electric power of the vehicle and a state of the battery, controlling a torque of the electric generator based on the drive torque target value, and controlling a rotation speed of the engine based on a predetermined reference low rotation speed, thereby performing a low electric power generation control for causing the electric generator to generate electric power.

摘要: A coasting energy recovery control system of a vehicle is provided. The system includes: an electric motor; a power battery; a battery manager connected with the power battery, and configured to obtain a maximum charging power of the power battery; and a motor controller connected with the electric motor, and configured to obtain maximum energy recovery torque values of the motor controller and the electric motor, to convert the maximum charging power of the power battery into a maximum energy recovery torque value of the power battery, to determine a minimum of the maximum energy recovery torque values as a first energy recovery torque value, to obtain a second energy recovery torque value, and to determine a final energy recovery torque value of the electric motor as a minimum of the first and second energy recovery torque values, such that the electric motor controls the vehicle to perform the coasting energy recovery operation according to the final energy recovery torque value.

摘要: An MG1-ECU (610) and an MG2-ECU (620) are provided independently for respective motor generators (MG1, MG2). The MG2-ECU (620) performs electric power balance control by correcting an MG2 torque command value as required, so that the sum of the MG1 electric power and the MG2 electric power is within a range of allowable input/output electric power (Win to Wout) of a DC power supply (510). The electric power balance control is performed using an estimate of the MG1 electric power based on data obtained by the MG1-ECU (610). The estimate is determined so that a communication delay time between the MG1-ECU (610) and the MG2-ECU (620) is corrected. In this way, the electric power balance control can be performed appropriately for restricting, within a predetermined range, the total input/output electric power of the electric motors as a whole of a hybrid vehicle mounted with a plurality of motor generators (electric motors).
