The present invention provides a separator including a separator substrate composed of a polylactic acid film or sheet having tear strength so as not to break or tear during, for example, production or processing of the separator or winding thereof into a roll, and causing neither melt nor deformation at high temperatures more than 100°C. The separator according to the present invention is a separator including a separator substrate and a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface of the separator substrate, wherein the separator substrate is composed of a polylactic acid film or sheet comprising polylactic acid (A) wherein the tear strength of the film or sheet is not less than 100 N/mm when the film or sheet is torn at least in a flow direction (MD), a rate of dimensional change due to heating is not more than ±3% in the flow direction (MD) and a transverse direction (TD), and a rate of dimensional change due to loaded heating is not more than ±3% in the flow direction (MD).
Abstract:
A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet (1) is configured to include a base material (2) and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer (3) provided at one main surface side of the base material (2). The pressure sensitive adhesive layer (3) is formed from a pressure sensitive adhesive composition that contains: a polymer (A) having a polymerizable functional group; and 2 mass parts or less of a photopolymerization initiator (B) with respect to 100 mass parts of the polymer (A) having a polymerizable functional group. The photopolymerization initiator (B) is such that a mass absorption coefficient (unit: ml/g·cm) at a wavelength of 365 nm of a 3 mass% methanol solution thereof is 200 or more and 1,000 or less. In the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet (1), even though the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (3) is formed from the pressure sensitive adhesive composition which contains the polymer (A) having a polymerizable functional group, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (3) can be cured by irradiation with a small irradiation heat amount to sufficiently reduce the pressure sensitive adhesion to a device-related member after processing. Moreover, the occurrence of outgassing is suppressed and the storage stability is excellent.
Abstract:
A protective covering material for protecting solid surface countertop materials is provided. The protective covering material includes a core layer formed from a polymer material such as polyethylene which is formed as an elongate thin sheet of material having uniform thickness. The protective covering material also includes an outer protective clear coat layer attached to a first side of the core layer and an adhesive layer attached to a second side of the core layer. The protective covering material may be permanently attached to a countertop material with the adhesive layer to protect the countertop material from damage during daily use.

An adhesive tape includes a particular foam base. An average bubble diameter in a machine direction (MD) and an average bubble diameter in a cross-machine direction (CD) of the foam base are each 150 µm or less, a ratio represented by the average bubble diameter in the machine direction/an average bubble diameter in a vertical direction (VD) and a ratio represented by the average bubble diameter in the cross-machine direction/the average bubble diameter in the vertical direction are each 6 or less, and the foam base has an interlaminar strength of 20 N/cm or more. With this adhesive tape, good followability to an adherend and excellent impact resistance can be realized. Accordingly, the adhesive tape of the present invention can be suitably used in portable electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet personal computers, notebook personal computers, and game machines whose screen size has been increasing and for which a requirement for flexible design is high.
