摘要: Laminating a flexible material layer on a mold stable carrier, comprises (i) providing mold stable carrier, (ii) placing flexible material layer on mold stable carrier, where thermally activatable adhesive is applied on a side of material layer facing mold stable carrier and/or a side of mold stable carrier facing material layer, (iii) compressing flexible material layer and mold stable carrier, and (iv) irradiating the mold halves of the carrier and the material layer with an electromagnetic radiation, preferably microwave radiation, a high-frequency radiation or an induction radiation. Laminating a flexible material layer on a mold stable carrier that preferably exhibits a three-dimensional surface contour, comprises (i) providing the mold stable carrier, (ii) placing the flexible material layer on the mold stable carrier, where a thermally activatable adhesive is applied on a side of the material layer facing the mold stable carrier and/or a side of the mold stable carrier facing the material layer, (iii) compressing the flexible material layer and the mold stable carrier, using a bottom mold stable mold half (2) and an upper mold stable mold half (3), and (iv) irradiating the mold halves of the carrier and the material layer with an electromagnetic radiation, preferably microwave radiation, a high-frequency radiation or an induction radiation, where the adhesive is activated directly or indirectly. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a device (1) for laminating the flexible material layer on the mold stable carrier, comprising a holding for the form stable carrier, the lower mold half and the upper mold half, and an electromagnetic radiator in the region of the device. The lower mold half and/or the upper mold half is at least partially transparent to the electromagnetic radiation; and (2) a press-laminated workpiece produced by the above mentioned method.
