The filter body (1, 2) of the filter element has a plurality of first holes (3) which are sealed by glue (52) at their bottom ends and a plurality of second holes (31) which are open at their bottom ends. A sheet of thermoplastic adhesive (7) is placed on the top end of the filter body (1, 2) and melted so that the top ends of the second holes (31) are sealed closed. The thermoplastic adhesive is melted so as to expose the open ends of the first holes (3) (see Fig. 8). In this way, there is provided the conventional type of filter body (1, 2) in which fluid entering via the first holes (3) exits via the second holes (31) and is filtered as it passes from the first to the second holes (see Fig. 9).

Le deuxième matériau (12) est ensuite formé contre les surfaces en surplomb des éclats afin de créer l'enclenchement mécanique. Cette technique est particulièrement utile pour fixer un matériau dissemblable à un matériau polymère ayant des propriétés médiocres d'adhésion et/ou une température élevée de fusion, par exemple des fluoropolymères, comme illustré par la formation par moulage rotatif du manchon intérieur d'un carter de pompe. Dans cette illustration, de petites particules et éclats sont uniformément distribués sur la surface d'un moule enfermé, chauffé de sorte à fondre les particules et entraîner l'adhésion des éclats au moule, et refroidi pour former une couche sur laquelle les éclats font saillie afin d'obtenir l'enclenchement lorsque le carter est formé contre le manchon intérieur. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Identifikationskarte sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Identifikationskarte. Die Karte besteht aus mehreren Schichten (1,3',4,3",2), von denen die Kernschichten (3',3") und die beiden Abdeckschichten (1,2) aus einem verschmelzbaren Polymer auf der Basis von Polyvinylchlorid gebildet sind. Die Kernschichten (3',3") schließen eine Stützschicht (4) ein, die perforiert, porös oder/und durchlöchert ist und Löcher (7) mit Durchmessern von 0,5 bis 2 mm aufweist. Die Löcher (7) in der Stützschicht (4) bilden ein Sicherungsmerkmal in Gestalt eines Hoheitszeichens, eines Wappenzeichens oder eines Zufallsmusters. Bei der Herstellung der Identifikationskarte wird derart verfahren, daß die Kaschierung der die Stützschicht (4) einschließenden Kernschichten (3',3") mit den Abdeckschichten (1,2) bei einer Temperatur von 160°C und darüber und bei Verpressungsdrücken von 20 bar und größer erfolgt, insbesondere bei einer Temperatur von 180°C und einem Verpresungsdruck von 40 bar.

A method for fabricating a micro- or nanofibrous filter is described. The method comprises obtaining at least a first carrier substrate, providing adhesive on at least a first carrier substrate, heating the adhesive above its melting temperature for inducing an interaction of at least part of the adhesive with the at least a first carrier substrate and then cooling below the melting temperature of the adhesive thus creating at least one adhesive carrier substrate. Thereafter, a layer of micro- or nanofibres is provided on the adhesive-side of the at least one adhesive carrier substrate to form a further structure. The further structure is then brought above the melting temperature of the adhesive for inducing an interaction between the adhesive and the micro- or nanofibres. Finally the temperature is again reduced below the melting temperature of the adhesive thus obtaining the micro- or nanofibrous filter. A corresponding micro- or nanofibrous filter also is described.
