PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based resin excellent in gas barrier property and transparency, and a molded article using the resin composition.SOLUTION: A polyester-based resin composition contains: 0.005-0.1 pts.mass of a specific epoxy functional polymer (C), relative to 100 pts.mass of a resin component including 80-98 mass% of a polyester resin (A) including an aromatic dicarboxylic unit and a diol unit, and 2-20 mass% of a polyamide resin (B) including a diamine unit containing 70 mole% or more of a meta-xylylenediamine unit and a dicarboxylic acid unit containing 70 mole% or more of α,ω-aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive polymer having high electrical conductivity and excellent heat resistance; and a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR and high reliability under high-temperature conditions and rarely undergoing current leakage by using the electrically conductive polymer; and an electrically conductive film having high electrical conductivity and excellent heat resistance, both of which are produced using the electrically conductive polymer.SOLUTION: A dispersion of an electrically conductive polymer is produced by oxidative polymerization of a thiophene or a derivative thereof in water or in an aqueous solution including a mixture of water and a water-miscible solvent in the presence of a copolymer of styrenesulfonic acid and at least one non-sulfonic-acid-type monomer selected from the group consisting of a methacrylic acid ester, an acrylic acid ester, an alkoxysilane compound containing an unsaturated hydrocarbon and hydrolysates thereof. A solid electrolytic capacitor is manufactured using the electrically conductive polymer as a solid electrolyte. An electrically conductive film is manufactured using the electrically conductive polymer.
