    摘要： A ligation apparatus that ligatures living tissue using a clip and provides an optimal ligation apparatus for ligaturing living tissue in a body cavity. The ligation apparatus includes a clip with a clip claw member that is advanced and retreated relative to a pressing member to open and close, a sheath configured to accommodate the clip such that the clip claw member is not exposed to the outside, an advance and retreat restricting mechanism which restricts advance and retreat of the pressing member relative to the sheath at a distal end portion of the sheath and allows advance and retreat of the clip claw member relative to the pressing member according to advance and retreat of the operation wire relative to the sheath to allow the clip ligaturing living tissue, and a releasing mechanism which releases at least a portion of the clip when the clip ligatures the living tissue.

    摘要： An apparatus is provided which assists operations required for a medical instrument. A tubular portion and a therapeutic member of the instrument are inserted through a channel of an insertion tube of an endoscope. In the apparatus, a first drive unit enables the therapeutic member to perform the desired therapeutic operations responsively to a first command signal and a second drive unit enables the tubular portion inserted in the channel to convey responsively to a second command signal. An input device is provided at which two kinds of commands are allowed to be inputted command by command. The two kinds of commands allow the therapeutic member and the tubular portion to be driven in parallel with each other. A controller provides the first and second drive units with the first and second command signals, respectively, in accordance with the two kinds of commands.

    摘要： An endoscope system comprises an endoscope, a treatment instrument cartridge, an advancing and retracting device, a controlling device, and an operation instructing device. The endoscope includes a treatment instrument channel in an inserting portion. The treatment instrument cartridge includes a treatment instrument and a storage case. The treatment instrument includes a treatment instrument inserting portion having an elasticity which is inserted through the treatment instrument channel, a treatment section at the tip end thereof, and an operating portion at the base end thereof. The storage case includes an inserting portion storing section into which the treatment instrument inserting portion is wound, an extension port from which the tip end of the wound treatment instrument inserting portion is extended, and a holding section for holding the base end of the treatment instrument inserting portion or the operating portion. The advancing and retracting device has a driving power source and is provided between the treatment instrument inserting channel and the extension port. The controlling device is electrically connected to the driving power source and controls an operation of the driving power source. An operation instructing device issues an instruction on an operation of the driving power source to the controlling device.

    摘要： A treatment instrument operation unit is provided with a drive unit, an operation portion installation section and a command signal output section. The drive unit drives an operation portion for operating each treatment section of the respective treatment instruments. The operation portion is attached to the operation portion installation section provided to the drive unit. The command signal output section outputs an installation start signal to a controller for notifying that the installation of the treatment instrument has begun upon installation of the operation portion in the operation portion installation section. After outputting the installation start signal from the command signal output section to the controller, the drive unit drives the operation portion installation section to the position where the operation portion is allowed to be installed based on the control signal outputted form the controller.
