摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided an endoscope system including: an endoscope having an elongated insertion portion; a medical instrument configured to be inserted in a channel of the insertion portion of the endoscope and to have an elongated flexible sheath; and an advancing and retracting apparatus configured to advance and retract the sheath of the medical instrument in the channel with two rollers, wherein the sheath of the medical instrument is configured to have an outer diameter larger than the distance between the roller surfaces of the two rollers, and to have a frictional resistance increasing unit for increasing frictional resistance between the respective roller surfaces and the outer peripheral surface of the sheath in contact with the respective roller surfaces in a state where the sheath is inserted between the two rollers.

摘要: A medical device of the invention includes: a treatment instrument including a treatment portion which is used extended from a distal end of an endoscope insertion portion having a treatment instrument channel, an operation portion for operation of advancing/retreating an operation wire coupled to the treatment portion, and a treatment instrument insertion portion in which the operation wire is advanceably/retreatably inserted, the treatment instrument insertion portion having a predetermined flexibility and inserted into the treatment instrument channel; a detecting portion for detecting advancing/retreating moving amount of the treatment instrument insertion portion; a treatment portion operating device to which the operation portion is installed, the treatment portion operating device advancing/retreating the operation wire to operate the treatment portion; an operation instructing portion for instructing operation of the treatment portion; and a control device for judging a state of the treatment instrument insertion portion and driving the treatment portion operating device by a moving amount obtained by correcting an advancing/retreating amount of the operation wire, based on a detection result from the detecting portion according to an instruction from the operation instructing portion.

摘要: An endoscope system according to the present invention includes: an endoscope equipped with a long insertion portion; a medical instrument which includes a treating portion installed in a distal part and used to perform various treatments in a body cavity and a long sheath including a rigid portion with predetermined flexibility and a flexible portion more flexible than the rigid portion, the rigid portion and flexible portion being installed consecutively starting from a distal side, where the sheath is inserted in a channel of the insertion portion of the endoscope; an operation instruction apparatus used to give commands regarding operation of the medical instrument; a first medical instrument drive apparatus which operates the treating portion of the medical instrument; and a second medical instrument drive apparatus which moves the sheath forward and backward.

摘要: An endoscope system comprises an endoscope, a treatment instrument cartridge, an advancing and retracting device, a controlling device, and an operation instructing device. The endoscope includes a treatment instrument channel in an inserting portion. The treatment instrument cartridge includes a treatment instrument and a storage case. The treatment instrument includes a treatment instrument inserting portion having an elasticity which is inserted through the treatment instrument channel, a treatment section at the tip end thereof, and an operating portion at the base end thereof. The storage case includes an inserting portion storing section into which the treatment instrument inserting portion is wound, an extension port from which the tip end of the wound treatment instrument inserting portion is extended, and a holding section for holding the base end of the treatment instrument inserting portion or the operating portion. The advancing and retracting device has a driving power source and is provided between the treatment instrument inserting channel and the extension port. The controlling device is electrically connected to the driving power source and controls an operation of the driving power source. An operation instructing device issues an instruction on an operation of the driving power source to the controlling device.

摘要: An endoscope system comprises an endoscope, a treatment instrument cartridge, an advancing and retracting device, a controlling device, and an operation instructing device. The endoscope includes a treatment instrument channel in an inserting portion. The treatment instrument cartridge includes a treatment instrument and a storage case. The treatment instrument includes a treatment instrument inserting portion having an elasticity which is inserted through the treatment instrument channel, a treatment section at the tip end thereof, and an operating portion at the base end thereof. The storage case includes an inserting portion storing section into which the treatment instrument inserting portion is wound, an extension port from which the tip end of the wound treatment instrument inserting portion is extended, and a holding section for holding the base end of the treatment instrument inserting portion or the operating portion. The advancing and retracting device has a driving power source and is provided between the treatment instrument inserting channel and the extension port. The controlling device is electrically connected to the driving power source and controls an operation of the driving power source. An operation instructing device issues an instruction on an operation of the driving power source to the controlling device.

摘要: An endoscopy system includes: a motor-driven operating device that an operation section of an accessory is attachable to, the operating device operating the operation section in a motor-driven manner, the accessory having an accessory insertion section to be introduced into a body cavity through an insertion section of an endoscope; a motor-driven forward/backward moving device, arranged in an operation section of the endoscope, for moving the accessory insertion section forward or backward in a motor-driven manner; a control device electrically connected to the motor-driven forward/backward moving device and the motor-driven operating device, the control device including a control unit for outputting control signals to the forward/backward moving device and the operating device and a memory unit for storing one or more treatment operation programs corresponding to accessories to be mounted on the motor-driven forward/backward moving device; and an operation instructing device electrically connected to the control device, the operation instructing device including a first operation instructing unit for outputting a first instruction signal corresponding to the operation of a manual operation unit and a second operation instructing unit for outputting a second instruction signal.

摘要: An endoscope system comprises multiple types of treatment tools including a treatment-tool insertion unit, and a function unit having a function for performing treatment; an electrically-driven operation device which electrically drives the function unit; an electrically-driven advance/retreat device which electrically drives the treatment-tool insertion unit; a control device including at least one of a control unit for outputting a control signal to the electrically-driven advance/retreat device and the electrically-driven operation device, and an operating program corresponding to a treatment tool; and an operation instructing device including a first operating instruction unit for outputting an instruction signal for placing the electrically-driven operation device and the electrically-driven advance/retreat device into a manually-driven operating state, and a second operating instruction unit for outputting an instruction signal for placing the electrically-driven operation device and the electrically-driven advance/retreat device into a programmed-control state by the operating program. When receiving either of the signal from the first operating instruction unit or the signal from the second operating instruction unit, the control unit performs control for outputting the control signal corresponding to the received signal to at least one of the electrically-driven advance/retreat device and the electrically-driven operation device.
