摘要： Disclosed is a system for delivery of a drug comprising a multiple unit dosing device comprising a housing and an actuator, said device containing multiple doses of multiparticulates comprising drug particles, said device upon actuation delivering a unit dose of said multiparticulates, said drug particles having a mean diameter of greater than 10 μm to about 1 mm such that an effective dose of said drug cannot be delivered into the lower lung of a human patient. Also disclosed are novel methods, devices and dosage forms for delivering a drug.

摘要： A composition, device, and method for treating sexual dysfunction via inhalation is provided which comprises inhaling a dose of a powder composition, the powder composition comprising apomorphine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Preferably, the powder composition further includes a carrier material, the carrier material has an average particle size of from about 40 to about 70 microns, and at least 90 percent of said apomorphine has a particle size of 5 microns or less.

摘要： A multiple dose delivery device for delivering a medicament into an oral cavity of a patient is provided. The device includes a sachet pack including a plurality of unit doses of a medicament enclosed between a first strip and a second strip. The device further includes a sachet advance mechanism and a mouthpiece. Upon actuation by a user, the sachet advance mechanism, which is engaged with the sachet pack, separates the first strip from the second strip to release one of the plurality of the unit doses from the sachet pack. The mouthpiece includes an opening, and each released unit dose passes through the opening.
