Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires an evaluation value for a state of cells which are cultured in each of a plurality of fluidic devices, culture environment, and information representing a disposition position of the fluidic device; and a generation unit that generates a learned model in which the evaluation value and the information representing the disposition position are received as an input and the culture environment is output, through machine learning using, as training data, the evaluation value before adjustment of the culture environment, the culture environment after the adjustment, and the information representing the disposition position, in a case where, due to the adjustment, the evaluation value becomes a first threshold value or more and an absolute value of a difference in evaluation value between the plurality of fluidic devices becomes a second threshold value or less.

Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a cell laminate including cell layers on both surfaces of a porous membrane, using a vessel having a bottom portion and a side wall portion standing from a periphery of the bottom portion, the porous membrane, and a holding member configured to hold the porous membrane such that the porous membrane faces an inner bottom surface of the vessel and is held at a position that does not contact the inner bottom surface, the method including culturing first cells in a liquid medium that contacts the inner bottom surface of the vessel and a surface of the porous membrane, in a state in which the porous membrane is held, by the holding member, at a position that does not contact the inner bottom surface of the vessel so as to face the inner bottom surface, and in which the bottom portion of the vessel is positioned at the upper side while the porous membrane is positioned at the lower side in a direction of gravity; and culturing the first cells at a lower surface of the porous membrane and culturing second cells at an upper surface of the porous membrane, in a state in which the porous membrane is held, by the holding member, at a position that does not contact the inner bottom surface of the vessel so as to face the inner bottom surface, and in which the bottom portion of the vessel is positioned at the lower side while the porous membrane is positioned at the upper side in the direction of gravity.

Abstract: A cell culture system includes: a plurality of cell culture channels each of which includes a fluidic device in which cells are cultured, a pump which makes a liquid flow into the fluidic device, a detection unit which detects a state of the cells that are cultured, and a controller which controls the pump and the detection unit; a measurement unit that measures culture environment of the cells which are cultured in the plurality of cell culture channels; and an information processing apparatus that adjusts the culture environment such that an absolute value of a difference between evaluation values for the states of the cells that are cultured in the plurality of cell culture channels is a threshold value or less, on the basis of the state of the cells detected by the detection unit and the culture environment of the cells measured by the measurement unit.

Abstract: A molded body is produced from a molding material including a continuous phase and a dispersed phase by a three-dimensionalization step, a curing step, and a peeling step. In the curing step, the curable compound is cured to form a cured product after the three-dimensionalization step. In the peeling step, the container and the cured product are separated after the curing step. In the dispersed phase removal step, the dispersed phase of the cured product is removed after the curing step.

Abstract: A molding device produces a porous film from a molding material which is an emulsion. In a case where a volume of a dispersed phase is X1 and a volume of a continuous phase is X2, the molding material has a value of X1/(X1+X2) within a range of 0.5 or more and 0.9 or less. In the molding material, a specific gravity of the dispersed phase is greater than a specific gravity of the continuous phase. The molding material includes a water phase containing a curable compound as the continuous phase, and forms a liquid film on a support. Thereafter, the curable compound in the liquid film is cured. After curing, the dispersed phase is removed.
