摘要: There is provided a sliding bearing, which can continuously enhance conformability even when deformation by high oil film pressure in the vicinity of a central part of the sliding bearing occurs. The sliding bearing includes crownings which are each formed in an inclined shape toward an outer peripheral surface from an inner peripheral surface, at end parts in an axial direction, of an inner peripheral surface of a sliding bearing, so that even when the region in the vicinity of the central part of the sliding bearing 1 receives the oil film pressure and deforms in the recessed shape so as for both the end parts in the axial direction to locally contact a shaft, conformability can be enhanced not only at an early stage of use of the sliding bearing but also continuously by relief by the crownings.

摘要: A half plain bearing which can minimize lubricant leakage while retaining a crush relief function, comprising: grooved portions formed circumferentially on an inner surface of the half plain bearing; protrusions of the grooved portions in a secondary loaded portion being liable to running-in wear caused by contact with a shaft. Consequently, the protrusions undergo running-in wear through contact with the rotating shaft at an early stage. The worn protrusions serve the same purpose as crush reliefs, providing a crush relief function even though no crush relief is formed. This makes it possible to minimize lubricant leakage.

摘要: A power transmitting system having an input shaft, a driven bevel gear, a follower bevel gear and a clutch drive shaft accommodated in center casings. Left and right electromagnetic clutches connected to the clutch drive shaft are accommodated in left and right side casings. Oil for lubricating the electromagnetic clutches is supplied from an oil pump accommodated in the center casings and driven by the clutch drive shaft through oil passages and axially defied in the clutch drive shaft and left and right output shafts. Thus, the length of the oil passages for supplying the oil from the oil pump to the clutches can be minimized to provide a reduction in size of the power transmitting system.

摘要: An electromagnetic control valve is composed of a spool section for switching fluid passages on or off, a solenoid section for driving the spool in one direction, a magnetic moving core slidably disposed in the stator, a nonmagnetic shaft fixed to the moving core, and a spring member for biasing the spool in the direction opposite to the one direction. The spool section includes a spool and a sleeve. The solenoid section is connected to the spool section and includes a cylindrical magnetic stator, cylindrical magnetic yoke disposed to surround the stator and a magnetic coil disposed between the stator and the yoke. The stator is fixed to the sleeve at one end and having a bottom at the other end thereof. The shaft has one end to be in contact with the end of the sleeve thereby positioning the moving core in a longitudinal direction in the stator.
