摘要： A semiconductor device producing apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a carrier-holding stage for placing a carrier; first, second and third stages each for holding first and second boats one at a time, each boat holding one or more substrates; a boat transfer mechanism for transferring the boats among the first, second and third stages; and a substrate transfer mechanism for transferring the substrate(s) from the carrier to the boat held by the first stage. A controller controls the first stage, the boat transfer mechanism and the substrate transfer mechanism so that the boat transfer mechanism transfers one of the boats from the second stage to the first stage, the substrate transfer mechanism then transfers the substrate(s) from the carrier to the boat held by the first stage, and the first stage then moves the boat into the processing chamber for processing.

摘要： An electronic typewriter having an ink jet printer that can prevent deterioration of printing quality and ejection failure of ink of the recording head or ejection unit of the ink jet printer, even when the recording head of the ink jet printer is exposed to air during the recording head stops its operation. The recording head is exposed to air in such an operation mode as layout determination like a margin setting, or tab setting. When the processing time of such operation mode exceeds predetermined times, ejection recovery processing of the recording head is carried out to maintain the good ejection state of the recording head depending on the processing time.

Each of the plurality of board signal lines includes a plurality of signal terminals formed in correspondence to each of the signal lines. 摘要： A connector including a plug and a socket and a driving section for fitting the plug and the socket by moving the driving section in a first direction substantially perpendicular to the fitting direction of the socket and the plug. The driving section has a first groove part provided in the first direction, and a second groove part provided substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The plug has a first protruding portion engaging with the first groove part, and the socket has a second protruding portion engaging with the first groove part. When the driving section moves in the first direction, the driving section depresses the second protruding portion in the fitting direction at the second groove part to move the socket in the fitting direction, thus fitting the plug in the socket.
