Abstract:
A high-frequency generator circuit comprises a signal generating circuit, a delay unit, a selector, a synthesizer circuit, and a controller. The signal generating circuit generates a signal having the same frequency as an output signal. The delay unit includes a plurality of delay circuits, and delays the signal generated by the signal generating circuit. The selector selects an output signal of the delay circuits. The synthesizer circuit synthesizes the signal selected by the selector, and outputs the output signal. The controller controls the selector based on data for setting a waveform of the output signal and a control signal for setting at least amplitude, phase and frequency of the output signal.

Abstract:
Wool fatty acid is effectively separated from wool alcohol or wool wax by treating a mixture of a multivalent metal soap of the fatty acid and the alcohol or wax with a heterogeneous system comprising a water phase and a water-immiscible solvent phase, and allowing the system to separate into respective phases.
Abstract:
An inner member having a supply port is installed at the inside of a housing, wherein the housing and the inner member are connected together by connecting bolts. Air is supplied to the supply port of the inner member and is directed and introduced through communication passages into an annular passage. Thereafter, the air is directed outwardly from a plurality of lead-out holes, which communicate with the annular passage, in a swirling direction with respect to an annular recess facing the workpiece. In addition, by having the air flow along the annular recess, which is formed with a substantially trapezoidal shape in cross section, the workpiece is maintained in a non-contact state with respect to a holding surface of the inner member.
Abstract:
A slight-vibration-suppressing mechanism is attached to a piston rod 6 of an air pressure cylinder that stops the piston at a target position by means of a positioning control. The slight-vibration-suppressing mechanism includes a friction member formed of a pair of sealing members being in contact with the piston rod, and an air cell of compressed air fed to a periphery of the piston rod is formed by means of the friction member. An air flow path to feed and discharge the compressed air to the aforementioned air cell is formed, in which the compressed air generates a sliding friction, which suppresses slight vibration, via the friction member between the piston rod and the aforementioned friction member.
Abstract:
An illuminating apparatus is formed with an ultraviolet lamp and at least one incandescent lamps that repeat a predetermined illumination pattern in which the lamps are turned on, gradually brightened within a predetermined period, gradually dimmed out within a predetermined period subsequent to a period for the maximum illumination thereof, and then turned off, to light a picture, which is supported on a frame to which the illuminating apparatus is attached, to be recognized as nighttime and daytime views with natural changes therebetween.
Abstract:
A telephone system having a message recording function which records in a voice mail recorder a voice message received from a calling party during absence of a called party and vocally reproduces the recorded message in response to a request from called party. The telephone system, which is preferably connected with such a network that a calling party identification data is included in an incoming signal, comprises a voice conversion means for converting a telephone number of the calling party into a voice signal on the basis of the calling party identification data and a control means for vocally reproducing the calling party's telephone number converted into the voice signal together with the voice message from the calling party recorded in the voice mail recorder, whereby, even when the calling party himself does not leave his telephone number in the message, the called party can listen to and know the telephone number as part of the voice message from the calling party.
Abstract:
A terminal control system in an online system having a central processing system for executing different application programs, a terminal controller connected to the central processing system, and a plurality of terminals connected to the terminal controller. Each terminal includes at least one logical terminal for performing a plurality of different applications and the terminal controller includes a protocol execution unit for communicating with the central processing system and control tables prepared for respective logical terminals. In the system, if a macroinstruction containing application identification information is received when an application is initiated or switched from the logical terminal, the terminal controller stores the application identification information in one of the control tables associated with the logical terminal, and during execution of an application, the protocol execution unit extracts a protocol most suitable for the application so that the terminal achieves communication with the central processing system in accordance with the extracted protocol.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus having an air control valve for introducing an amount of air into the intake system of an internal combustion engine when the engine begins to decelerate, for preventing after-fire of an unburnt air-fuel mixture in the catalytic converter arranged in an exhaust pipe of the engine. The apparatus further includes a temperature detecting valve adapted for stopping the operation of the flow control valve during engine warm-up operations. Therefore, introduction of air into the intake system is stopped even if the engine begins to decelerate and, also, a proper engine warm-up operation can be carried out.
