    Abstract: A transparent pane having an electrically heatable coating and at least one coating-free zone that can be used, for example, as a communication window, is disclosed. The electrically heatable coating is connected to two collecting electrodes, such that a supply voltage applied to the electrodes generates a heating current that flows via a heating field formed between the collecting electrodes, the heating field containing the coating-free zone whose zone-edge is formed, at least in sections, by the heatable coating. Other implementation details include subdivision of one of the two collecting electrodes into separated subregions, each connected, via an electrical supply line, to an additional electrode. In one case, the electrical supply line runs, at least in sections, in the coating-free zone, in a coating-free edge strip, in a subregion of the coating outside the heating field, and/or in the zone-edge. Methods for producing the transparent pane are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A transparent pane, having at least one heatable, electrically conductive coating connected to at least two collection electrodes, provided for electrically connecting to a supply voltage to generate a heating current that flows across a heating field formed between the at least two collection electrodes is described. The heating field includes at least one communication window free from the heatable, electrically conductive coating. The transparent pane further includes at least one heatable, electrically conductive coating, and at least two additional electrodes. The additional electrodes are connected to one of the two collection electrodes via a respective current supply line.

    Abstract: A laminated glass, includes an outer pane, an inner pane, at least two lamination layers arranged between the outer pane and the inner pane, and at least one design element, wherein the design element is formed on a partial region of a pane side of the outer pane or the inner pane from a pictorial black print having one or a plurality of unprinted regions, and an opaque, non-black underlay is arranged between the two lamination layers, which underlay is placed underneath the unprinted region(s) of the design element. The laminated glass has a design element with good contrast and good visibility and is suitable in particular as a vehicle window.

    Abstract: A method for bending a glass pane in a furnace, wherein the furnace has an inlet and an outlet, includes providing a glass pane on a mounting, wherein the mounting is preheated, introducing the mounted glass pane into the inlet of the furnace for bending, discharging the bent, mounted glass pane out of the outlet of the furnace, withdrawing the bent, mounted glass pane from the mounting, installing thermal insulation on the mounting, returning the mounting and the thermal insulation using a transport device, removing the thermal insulation prior to renewed mounting, wherein the aforementioned steps are carried out again in a cyclical manner.
