Abstract: This application describes a method for manufacturing storage containers by spirally winding with multiple bundles of fibers. Two sets of yarn guide nozzles distributed in a circumferential array form a first spiral winding structure and a second spiral winding structure respectively, and a spiral winding device with the two layers of spiral winding structures cooperates with feeding devices carrying wound containers, to realize the spiral winding of the multiple bundles of fibers on the wound containers; the feeding devices drive the wound containers to do axial reciprocating motion and axial rotation, and the spiral winding device drives the yarn guide nozzles to do radial telescopic motion and self-rotation motion; and according to the lengths of axial dimensions of the wound containers, single-station double-layer spiral winding or double-station single-layer spiral winding is selected.

Abstract: A giant gully-crossing vehicle for polar scientific expeditions, including a gully-crossing bridge and a vehicle body. The vehicle body includes a stage and a travelling portion. Abstract: A method for setting a roll gap of sinusoidal corrugated rolling for a metal composite plate includes steps of: determining entrance thicknesses, exit thicknesses, a width, and a rolling temperature of a difficult-to-deform metal slab and an easy-to-deform metal slab; detecting a roll speed and an entrance speed of a metal composite slab, obtaining a roll radius and friction factors; determining parameters of a sinusoidal corrugating roll and a quantity of complete sinusoidal corrugations on the sinusoidal corrugating roll; then calculating a time required for a complete corrugated rolling; calculating a rolling force at any time during the sinusoidal corrugated rolling of the metal composite plate; and calculating the roll gap S of the corrugated rolling at any time according to the rolling force F, and configuring a rolling mill to have the roll gap S according to an actual rolling schedule before normal production.

Abstract: A single-side tower-type roller system based asynchronous rolling mill for rolling an ultra-thin composite strip and a hydraulic system therefor are provided. Abstract: A device for forming a V-shaped full-composite pressure vessel includes a semi-cylinder body mold, where the length of a cylinder body part of the semi-cylinder body mold is half of the length of a cylinder body of a processed pressure vessel; a groove for placing a valve seat is reserved at one end of a dome part of the semi-cylinder body mold, and a fiber yarn-dividing ring is mounted at the other end; the semi-cylinder body mold is connected to the valve seat through a spline; and the valve seat and the fiber yarn-dividing ring are in threaded connection with a rotating shaft of fiber winding equipment. According to this disclosure, a liner-free pressure vessel can be manufactured completely by processing a composite material, so the mass of the pressure vessel can be reduced. Furthermore, the mold is not required to be dissolved and taken out.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of fiber winding control, and provides a tension control method of a multi-bundle winding equipment combined driving system, which solves the problem that the tension fluctuates greatly and cannot be output constantly in the fiber winding process. The method includes: establishing a tension control system fractional order mathematical model; establishing a time-varying fractional order PID controller; inputting a target tension value and an unknown external interference to the tension control system fractional order mathematical model, and outputting a real-time tension value; and calculating a difference between the target tension value and the real-time tension value and then inputting the difference into the time-varying fractional order PID controller, inputting an output value of the time-varying fractional order PID controller and the unknown external interference into the tension control system fractional order mathematical model, and outputting a real-time tension value until the real-time tension value output by the tension control system fractional order mathematical model approaches the target tension value. The tension value output by the control system according to the present application can be well stabilized near the target tension value; and the system has high robustness when the tension changes suddenly.
