    摘要: An elastomer lip member with its rear supported by a pressure resisting back-up ring, and a synthetic resin lip member arranged on a rear side of the elastomer lip are comprised, and on the inner circumferential surface of the seal lip portion of the elastomer lip member, helical grooves generating a pumping action of a fluid introducing direction from an inner space of machine side when a shaft rotates are formed. When a pressure in the inner space of machine is MPa (gage), by making a contact width between the seal lip portion of the elastomer lip member and a shaft at least 0.6 mm, so that a surface pressure maximum portion of the seal lip portion of the elastomer lip member to the shaft is biased or maldistributed toward its rear side whereby a fluid introduction by said helical grooves is performed satisfactorily.

    摘要: A lip type seal is provided with an outer ring part (31) which is tightly fitted to a seal installation part (12) of a housing (1); a seal main body (32) which is fixed to the outer ring part (31) and whose inner circumferential part extending in a bent state to the side of a sealed space (A) is sealably brought into slidable contact with an outer circumferential surface of a rotary shaft (2) inserted in the housing (1); a rear surface support plate (33) which is arranged on the rear side of the seal main body and whose outer circumferential part together with the seal main body (32) is fixed to the outer ring part (31); and a movable support plate (34) which is engaged movably in a radial direction between the seal main body (32) and the rear surface support plate (33) and whose inner diameter is clearance fitted to the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft (2). Therefore, such a gap in which the seal main body (32) enters is not formed between the inner circumferential surface of the movable support plate (34) and the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft (2).

A resin lip member constituted by an inner circumferential part extending in a bent state from a diameter direction part and its inner circumference to a sealed space side and forming a seal surface between an outer circumferential part of a rotary shaft and the resin lip member; a rear surface support plate disposed to abut on a rear surface of the diameter direction part of the resin lip member; and a stopper with a rear surface supported to a support surface of the housing through a second resin lip member and a second rear surface support plate and the top end coming close to or coming into contact with a rear surface of the inner circumferential part of the rear surface support plate, are provided on the inner circumference of the housing.

    摘要: The lip-type seal of the present invention includes a seal ring made of an elastic material so as to have an annular fitted part that is fitted to a housing and a lip part that extends from the fitted part inwardly in a radial direction in the shape of a substantially conical ring and that is brought into contact with a shaft, and a support ring including an annular joint part joined to the fitted part and an annular supporting part that defines a hole through which the shaft passes, that extends from a side of the joint part to a halfway area of the lip part, and that supports the lip part from inside in a radial direction. The lip part is tapered in cross section from an area from which non-contact with the supporting part starts toward an end thereof.

The sieve body 4 is a cylindrical corrugated plate having wave crests and wave troughs arranged along its circumference and has a large number of apertures 5 formed in the corrugated plate. This arrangement improves the sieving efficiency of the granular material and effectively prevents potential destruction and cracking of the granular material, thus enhancing the commercial value of the sieved granular material.
