Abstract:
Provided are a data transmission method and apparatus, a terminal and a base station. The data transmission method includes selecting, by a terminal, reference information from a reference information set corresponding to a preset reference information type; obtaining a first target data packet according to the selected reference information and a data packet to be transmitted; and sending the first target data packet to a base station.
Abstract:
A method for power processing and a terminal are disclosed, the method includes: after receiving a command for power adjustment, a terminal performing power adjustment; when detecting that transmission power exceeds a threshold value, or within a specified time period, a time that the transmission power exceeds the threshold value reaches a specified value or a lasting time that the transmission power exceeds the threshold value reaches a specified value, or detecting that a number of times for receiving the specified command for power adjustment in a specified time period exceeds a specified number of times, the terminal reporting the detection information to a base station. With the embodiments of the present document, the probability that the current transmission power of the terminal exceeds a maximum transmission power can be reduced, or the number of times of the power adjustment for the terminal can be reduced.
Abstract:
A method for providing a Power Headroom Report (PHR) is provided. In the method, a User Equipment (UE) receives configuration information of serving cells; a corresponding relationship between a first region of a PHR and the serving cells is determined according to the configuration information of the serving cells, and the first region is used for indicating whether power headroom information of one or more serving cells is contained in the PHR. Another method for providing the PHR, two devices for providing the PHR, and a computer storage medium are also provided.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a small cell eNodeB access system and a method for realizing network access therefor, including: setting up a control plane link and a user plane link respectively, the small cell eNodeB access system processing control plane data of access UE through the set up control plane link, and processing user plane data of an access UE via the set up user plane link. In the embodiment of the present invention, it makes the UE have data transmission and reception with two different eNodeBs such as macro cell (eNodeB) and small cell (eNodeB) simultaneously by separating the control plane with the data plane, so as to increase the user throughput and enhance the mobility performance, and to solve the problem that the user switches between the cells so that information exchanges frequently between nodes and so as to cause an impact on the core network.
Abstract:
One or more devices, systems, and/or methods for facilitating use of a radio bearer using a secondary path are provided. For example, a configuration message may be used to determine whether a secondary path is present. The secondary path may be configured based upon the configuration message.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for determining cell selection and reselection parameters, a base station, a terminal and a system, and relates to the field of communication. The method for determining cell selection and reselection parameters includes: setting at least two sets of cell selection and reselection parameters according to a terminal capability parameter, and sending the at least two sets of cell selection and reselection parameters, wherein, one set of cell selection and reselection parameters, which matches with the terminal capability parameter of a terminal, of the at least two sets of cell selection and reselection parameters is used for cell selection and/or reselection of the terminal. The present invention further discloses a computer storage medium.

Abstract:
A sending method for a Scheduling Request (SR) under carrier aggregation is provided. A User Equipment (UE) receives, through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message, and stores Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) configuration information and SR configuration information of a plurality of serving cells, and, when determining that an SR needs to be sent, the UE selects, according to the SR configuration information, a serving cell from the plurality of serving cells corresponding to the stored PUCCH configuration information to send the SR. A sending device for a scheduling request under carrier aggregation, a terminal and a storage medium are also provided.
Abstract:
The embodiment of the present document discloses a connection management method and an access network element, wherein the method is applied to a scenario in which a user equipment (UE) establishes connections with at least two access network elements at the same time, including: when determining that at least part of the connections between the UE and one resource connection node need to be deleted or moved, a primary connection node instructing the resource connection node to correspondingly delete or move the at least part of the connections, and the resource connection node or the primary connection node instructing the UE to correspondingly delete or move the at least part of the connections.
Abstract:
The present document discloses methods and apparatuses for reporting and processing information about a proximity service supporting capability. In the method, a first communication node determines indication information to be reported, herein the indication information is used for indicating information about a proximity service supporting capability of the first communication node, and the first communication node reports the indication information to a second communication node. According to the technical scheme provided by the present document, a base station can more reasonably and effectively allocate service resources to UE.
