摘要: Methods of manufacturing a mask include: providing a shell having an inlet formed on a body of the shell and a flange formed around a lower end of the body, the flange forming a surface on a bottom thereof; providing a first film substrate; providing a second film substrate; bonding the first film substrate to the second film substrate around an outer edge and around an inner edge shaped to fit around a nose and mouth of a patient; cutting the first film substrate and the second film substrate around the outer edge and the inner edge of the first film substrate and the second film substrate. The bonded and cut first film substrate and second film substrate form a first sheet that is joined to a second sheet. The shell is joined to the first sheet at the surface formed on the bottom of the flange.

The cushion assembly further includes a stabilizing member (16b) having a first end and an opposite second end, the first end and the second end being selectively coupled to the sealing flap such that the stabilizing member spans across at least a portion of the opening.

摘要: A Personal Care Vaporizer Device for the Eye Area of the Face. A treatment chamber formed within the device will encircle the user's eyes and surrounding facial area when the device is positioned over the eye area of the face. A soft gel eyemask element provides maximum comfort for the wearer during treatment. The device introduces therapeutic mist or vapor into the treatment chamber. The mist/vapor is generated from an internal reservoir containing plain water or water mixed with other therapeutic additives. An onboard blower can control the flow rate of the mist/vapor into the treatment chamber. One or more onboard heating elements within the device provide direct heat to the treatment chamber wall(s), and/or to heat the mist/vapor prior to its being introduced into the treatment chamber. Onboard vibration generators apply soothing massaging motion to the user's face when activated.

摘要: A beauty machine includes a water pump, a steam generator connecting with an outlet of the water pump, and a container. The container includes a waste recycling storage area connecting with the steam generator, a cleaning liquid storage area and at least two cosmetic liquid storage areas. The cleaning liquid storage area and the cosmetic liquid storage areas connect with an inlet of the water pump. After the cosmetic liquid is forced by the water pump and vaporized quickly to steam by the steam generator, the water pump begins to draw the cleaning liquid to clean the residue in the pipeline, the water pump, the steam generator and so on, to thereby recycle the residual liquid into the waste recycling storage area. Discomfort and damage to the human body are not caused due to mixing the residue into the cosmetic liquid, and the quality of the cosmetic liquid can not be effected when using the beauty machine next time.

摘要: A breathing mask device, a sealing lip device for a breathing mask device, a molding tool and a method for producing a corresponding breathing mask device and sealing lip device are described. An aspect of the invention is to provide ways that make it possible to create a breathing mask device that, with sufficiently strong tightness is distinguished by particular wearing comfort and which moreover can be produced advantageously in times of industrial production standpoints. According to an embodiment, a breathing mask device for administering a breathable gas is provided and includes a body structure that is sealed against a contact surface of a user's face, a sealing lip device that in combination with the body structure in part defines a breathing mask interior, a gel structure for at least intermittent and partial transmission of the retention forces, acting on the body structure, to the user's face area, and a gel material defining the gel structure is received in a gel receiving chamber defined at least in part by an elastically deformable receiving wall. The elastomer material intended for forming the receiving wall is integrally formed onto a wall portion of the breathing mask device, and is lifted or separated from this wall portion to form the gel receiving chamber.
