    摘要: Examples herein include a brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus including a base body formed with a channel of a brake fluid, a motor assembly having a rotor and a stator accommodated in a motor housing, and a control board of a controller that controls the motor assembly. The control board is arranged on a rotation axis of the rotor. A permanent magnet is attached to the motor assembly and rotates with the rotor, and a coil is wound around the stator. A feeding terminal is connected to the coil and the control board, and is used when being supplied with electric power from the control board. A positioning mechanism extends between and contacts the motor assembly and the control board to position the motor assembly and the control board. A detection sensor is mounted on the control board and detects a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet.

    摘要: A pressure generator for a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes a piston cylinder unit with a cylinder and a piston, a ball screw drive, an electric hollow-shaft motor which surrounds and is configured to drive the ball screw drive, and a planetary gear set configured to transmit a rotational movement of the hollow-shaft motor to the ball screw drive. The planetary gear set includes a planetary carrier and an internal gear which are respectfully connected via pint-type positive locking connections to a spindle nut of the ball screw drive and a static tubular force transmitter. The locking connections are configured to enable connections between parts via the respective parts being brought together axially in a hollow shaft of the hollow-shaft motor.

    摘要: A method and system for measuring pressure in a pressure regulation unit of a motor vehicle braking system, without using pressure sensors and having a motor pump unit with an electric motor and a hydraulic pump. The steps include producing a relative motor characteristic diagram for a series of the units. The diagram includes the data of motor-rotational-speed-dependent parameters, intensity of the motor actuation, and parameters relating to the level of the motor load. Further steps include; determining individual motor characteristic variables, determining a current rotational-speed-dependent parameter of an individual motor during the operation of the pump, and calculating a pressure which is characteristic of the braking system, by means of the diagram parameter of the individual motor and the value of the current motor actuation which determines the intensity of the motor actuation, wherein the individual motor characteristic variables are taken into account.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system having anti-skid control. The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic block and an electric motor for driving hydraulic pumps inside the hydraulic block. The hydraulic block and electric motor are joined at a circumferential joint. For connection, the invention provides that the electric motor is provided with a radial flange, which is overlapped by a surrounding bead of the hydraulic block. The bead is designed so that it overlaps, in a radial inward manner, the radial flange of the electric motor by a joining process, for example, a surrounding caulking. The electric motor is sealingly connected to the hydraulic block in a simple manner by the surrounding joining process.

    摘要: In the present invention, without forming a rotational shaft (30) per se in an eccentric manner, the eccentric structure is provided to the whole structure including a ball bearing (50). Accordingly, in place of cutting a side of the rotational shaft (30), the eccentric ball bearing (50) is joined to a shaft portion of the straight rotational shaft (30) so as to obtain an eccentric portion. That is, the eccentric portion is constituted of the shaft portion which has an axis aligned with an axis of the rotational shaft (30) and the eccentric ball bearing (50) which is joined to the shaft portion. As the eccentric ball bearing, it is optimum to adopt a mode in which an inner side thereof having a smaller diameter is formed in an eccentric manner. The eccentric ball bearing (50) is constituted of an inner lace (52) which is arranged eccentric with respect to the axis of the rotational shaft (30), an outer lace (54) which surrounds an outside of the inner lace (52) and balls (55) which are supported between the outer lace (54) and the inner lace (52).
