摘要: An inflow control nozzle is provided for use with a tubing. The nozzle includes a one-piece, 3D printed body, the body including a fluid inlet in communication with an outside of the tubing said inlet having an oval cross section; a fluid outlet in communication with an inside of the tubing; and an inner bore connecting the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, said inner bore including a venturi restriction. The inner bore comprises a flared profile from the fluid inlet to the venturi restriction, and a flared and curved profile from the venturi restriction to the fluid outlet, said curved profile being free of angular bends or sharp direction change. An outflow control nozzle is also provided for use with a tubing and an inflow-outflow control nozzle is further provided for use with a casing.

The apparatus comprises a flexible hose comprising a bore and at least one outlet; a pressure control device; a coupling for an opening of a fluid conduit system; at least one feeding module for engaging the flexible hose and imparting a pushing and/or pulling force on the flexible hose to introduce it through the pressure control device and into or out of the fluid conduit system; and a pump configured to pump a cleaning fluid into the bore of the flexible hose and expel the cleaning fluid into the conduit through the at least one outlet in the flexible hose.

摘要: A wellbore cleanout magnet tool includes a housing and a door positioned within the housing. The housing is configured to be connected to a wellbore tubing. The housing defines an interior volume and an opening on a circumferential surface of the housing. The door is positioned within the housing. The door is configured to transition between an open position in an absence of wellbore fluid flow through the housing and a closed position in a presence of the wellbore fluid flow through the housing. A magnet is disposed in the interior volume. In the absence of the wellbore fluid flow through the housing, the door exposes the opening on the circumferential surface of the housing and the magnet to an environment outside the housing. In the presence of the wellbore fluid flow through the housing, the door closes the opening on the circumferential surface of the housing and isolates the magnet from the environment.

摘要: A jet flow adjustment method for rotary steerable downhole release relates to a technical field of downhole drilling equipment for oil wells, which includes steps of: defining a diversion ratio p of a jet nozzle (2) by a ground control system according to a cleaning requirement of a cuttings bed; and sending the diversion ratio p of the jet nozzle (2) to a control unit of a downhole rotary steerable system; and determining an opening area s of the jet nozzle (2) by the control unit of the downhole rotary steerable system according to the diversion ratio p of the jet nozzle (2) and an equivalent channel area S of a drilling tool, wherein a calculation formula is: s=p*S/(1−p); controlling an adjustable bypass valve (3) by the control unit of the downhole rotary steerable system according to the calculated opening area s of the jet nozzle (2), so as to control an overlapping area between sector holes (9) of a rotor end (7) and a stator end (8), thereby opening the jet nozzle (2) for release. The present invention has simple control and strong release ability, which can effectively solve the jamming problem of the rotary steerable downhole tool.

摘要: A method of plugging and abandoning a well includes: lowering a perforation tool into a pipe string onto a longitudinal section; forming perforations along the longitudinal section; with a flushing tool attached to a work string and lowered onto the longitudinal section, pumping flushing fluid through the work string, out through at least one flushing outlet in the flushing tool, into the pipe string and into said annulus via the perforations, wherein an outlet axis of said flushing outlet is non-perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the flushing tool; pumping a fluidized plugging material through the work string and into the pipe string at the longitudinal section; placing the fluidized plugging material in the pipe string along the longitudinal section, thereby also placing the fluidized plugging material in said annulus via the perforations; pulling the work string out of the well; and abandoning the well.
