    摘要: Environmentally responsible insulating construction blocks and structures constructed primarily of recycled materials are disclosed. The environmentally friendly construction blocks and structures comprise shredded rubber tire pieces coated with silica fume, slag cement and cement, which are then mixed with water and formed in a mold. A layer of grout or a fireproof material may be disposed on one side of the environmentally responsible insulating construction block. The environmentally responsible insulating construction blocks can be used in place of wood blocking for roof assembly applications such as installation of a drip edge or wall coping; or in expansion joints. The environmentally responsible insulating construction blocks provide high insulation as well as strength for applications such as green roofing, wall construction and green roofing decks. Environmentally friendly structures can be built by pouring the coated shredded rubber tire pieces into molds to form walls, and then to pour a layer of the coated shredded rubber tire pieces as a roof deck, thereby creating a self-supporting structure in a monolithic pour.

    摘要: Disclosed is a touch-to-fastener roofing structure made of coconut fibers, includes: main boards, a support frame arranged below the main boards, a bonding strap arranged on a joint between the main boards. The main board includes an upper touch fastener and a lower touch fastener. The lower touch fastener of the main board engages an upper touch fastener provided on the support frame to fix the main board to the support frame. The upper touch fastener of the main board engages a lower touch fastener provided on the bonding strap to have the joint between the main boards sealed by the bonding strap. The main board includes upper and lower coconut fiber boards, an adhesive plastic film interposed between the two fiber boards for bonding the two fiber boards together, and a main board edge bonding strap fixing exposed edges of the two fiber boards and the film.

    摘要: A triple lap siding product is machined from a strip of wide lap hardboard siding to give the appearance of three narrow laps of natural wood siding or actual drop siding cut from 3/4" lumber. The configuration for simulating narrow lap siding is machined with beveled profiles having opposed first and second surfaces. Each strip of siding includes a plurality of inclined cuts and vertical cuts subdividing the single strip into three lap portions. The configuration for simulating actual drop siding includes a plurality of arcuate cuts and vertical cuts that subdivide each strip of siding into three lap portions. For both types of siding, the leading edge of one strip is adapted to cooperate with the trailing edge of another strip to form a continuous lap siding installation on the building or the like.
