摘要: A method for controlling a vapour compression system (1) is disclosed. Malfunctioning of a gas bypass valve (8) is registered. An actual opening degree of the gas bypass valve (8) is derived, and a target opening degree of the gas bypass valve (8) is derived, based on one or more control parameters of the vapour compression system (1). The actual opening degree is compared to the target opening degree, and the vapour compression system (1) is controlled based on the comparison, and in order to match a mass flow of gaseous refrigerant through the gas bypass valve (8) to the actual opening degree of the gas bypass valve (8).

The electricity generated by the nuclear power plant may be used to drive the heat pump. The system is instrumental with regard to generating heat for industrial applications.

摘要: An air conditioning system includes a main circuit having a multi-stage compressor, a condenser, a throttling element and an evaporator connected by pipelines; and a cooling branch, the inlet of which is connected to the main circuit between the condenser and the throttling element, and the outlet of which is connected to at least one of the first-stage suction port and the intermediate-stage suction port of the multi-stage compressor, wherein refrigerant from the cooling branch flows through the drive motor of the multi-stage compressor, and a regulating valve for controlling the opening of the cooling branch is provided on the cooling branch; and a control module that controls the opening of the regulating valve on the cooling branch based on the temperature of the outlet downstream of the drive motor on the cooling branch and the intermediate suction pressure of the intermediate-stage suction port of the multi-stage compressor.

The second compressor includes a second shell, a second compression mechanism, and a second suction inlet through which working fluid is drawn into the second compressor. The suction manifold includes first and second arms. The first arm provides working fluid to the first suction inlet. The second arm provides working fluid to the second suction inlet. The second arm includes a first suction pipe, a second suction pipe, and a suction valve. The suction valve is movable between a first position in which working fluid is allowed to flow through the first suction pipe and a second position in which working fluid is allowed to flow through the second suction pipe.

摘要: A cooling system partially floods the low temperature low side heat exchangers (e.g., freezers) in the system. An accumulator is positioned between the low temperature low side heat exchangers and the low temperature compressor. The accumulator collects the refrigerant (both liquid and vapor) from the flooded low temperature low side heat exchangers. Refrigerant discharged by the low temperature compressor is fed through the accumulator so that heat can be transferred to the refrigerant collected in the accumulator. As a result, the temperature of the refrigerant discharged by the low temperature compressor drops before that refrigerant reaches the medium temperature compressor.

摘要: A method for controlling the power-on or power-off of an air conditioner is provided. The method includes the following steps: determining whether a variable capacity compressor of the air conditioner is in a standby single-cylinder operation state before starting the air conditioner, where the variable capacity compressor is configured to be switchable between a single-cylinder operation state and a dual-cylinder operation state; if so, starting the air conditioner; if not, switching the variable capacity compressor to the standby single-cylinder operation state, and then starting the air conditioner. With this control method, regardless of whether the air conditioner is shut down because the power supply of the unit is cut off or because a power-off signal is received, the air conditioner can be started in a single-cylinder operation state in the next startup, so that the operation state of the cylinder is always determined when starting the air conditioner.
