摘要: A method of configuring downlink timings and transmitting a random access response message is provided for a random access procedure in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system supporting carrier aggregation. The method for adjusting timing of a terminal in a wireless communication system supporting carrier aggregation of at least one carrier includes transmitting a Random Access Preamble to a base station, and receiving a Random Access Response with a Timing Advance Command (TAC) for commanding uplink timing adjustment from the base station, wherein the Random Access Response comprises information indicating a Timing Advance Group (TAG) to which the TAC is applied.

The media player might decode the received video signal, might establish a wireless communications link between the media player and one or more display devices via the integrated wireless video link system, and might send the decoded video signal to the one or more display devices (and/or one or more user devices) via the wireless communications link established by the integrated wireless video link system. In some cases, the media player might perform one or more of these processed in response to user input received via the user devices or via the media player's user interface(s).

摘要: Managing power-consuming resources on a first computing device by adjusting data delivery from a plurality of second computing devices based on a state of the first computing device. The state of the first computing device is provided to the second computing devices to alter the data delivery. In some embodiments, the first computing device provides the second computing devices with actions or commands relating to data delivery based on the device state. For example, the second computing devices are instructed to store the data, forward the data, forward only high priority data, or perform other actions. Managing the data delivery from the second computing devices preserves battery life of the first computing device.

摘要: Methods and systems for communication management are disclosed. Services and/or clients in a system can specify or determine timeout parameters in communication requests. A timeout parameter can be a time allocated to process a request and/or fulfill a task associated with a request. Tasks can be delegated to other devices or services, and the tasks can be sent with additional timeout parameters based on the first timeout parameter. A notification can be sent when a time to process a request or fulfill a task is predicted to exceed one or more of the timeout parameters.

摘要: A method is provided for transmitting, by a user equipment (UE), a connection request message in a wireless communication system. The UE receives a configuration of a specific value of a configurable establishment cause from a network, initiates a service whose type corresponds to the specific value, sets the configurable establishment cause to the specific value, transmits a radio resource control (RRC) connection request message including the configurable establishment cause which is set to the specific value to the network, and receives an RRC connection setup message from the network. The RRC connection setup message is determined to be transmitted, by the network, based on the configurable establishment cause set to the specific value, which indicates the type of the service, by the UE.
