摘要: A sulfur-crosslinkable rubberizing mixture for strengthening elements in motor vehicle pneumatic tires comprises 70 to 100 phr (parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of total rubbers in the mixture) of natural rubber, up to 30 phr of at least one polybutadiene, 40 to 70 phr of at least one carbon black and a bonding system. Further, motor vehicle pneumatic tires are disclosed that comprise the sulfur-crosslinked rubberizing mixture. The key conflict between tear propagation resistance, stiffness and heat build-up is solved by virtue of the carbon black being a nanostructured carbon black with a rough surface.

摘要: A pneumatic vehicle tire for commercial vehicles is provided wherein the wet traction properties are improved with simultaneously good rolling resistance properties. At least 120 transverse grooves are arranged in each of the central profile ribs over the entire circumference of the tire. The width (B1) of the transverse grooves in the central profile ribs is maximally 1.5 mm at a distance of 3.5 mm from the profile surface, and the width of each inner circumferential groove is maximally 4 mm at a distance of 3.5 mm from the profile surface.

摘要: A vehicle pneumatic tire includes a tread, ply structure, and radial carcass extending around a bead core in each bead region and extending back under the ply structure. Side wall regions are formed by a wing rubber extending from the side of the tread toward the bead region and a rim protection rubber extending from the bead region toward the wing rubber. The wing rubber is the only rubber component extending to the tread and runs in the radially outer portion of the side wall region in contact with the carcass and covers the adjacent rubber component toward the bead region by the radially inner end section of the wing rubber. The adjacent rubber component includes an end section in the covered region narrowing toward the tread, the end of which is located a distance from a base line between 45% and 70% of the height determined therefrom.

摘要: The vulcanizable rubber mixture according to this invention is used for rubber products in particular vehicle tires and vehicle tire treads, but also technical rubber products like belts on conveyor systems, technical hoses, vibration dampers and impact dampers, or wire coatings. All these products benefit from the improved processability that is achieved with the invention in that the mixture comprises a polymer represented by the formula F1-A-F2, or a mixture of F1-A-F2 with an astral or radial coupling product of F1-A-units, coupled by a multivalent coupling agent; wherein F1 represents a terminal functionalization of the polymeric chain, F2 represents a terminal functionalization different from F1; and A represents the polymeric chain of a polymer formed by the copolymerization between one or more conjugated dienes with one or more aromatic vinyl monomers.

摘要: An apparatus makes a base layer of solid tire blanks having a radially inner rubber-under-core-ply, a middle core ply and a radially outer covering layer and includes a pivoting block having first and second winding drums and a winding system for depositing the rubber-under-core ply and the covering layer on the winding drums. A laying unit has a wire feeder and deposits the core ply on the winding drums. The pivot block defines an axis and is pivotable between first and second positions and is arranged between the winding system and the laying unit causing the first drum to be assigned to the winding system and the second drum to be assigned to the laying unit in the first position. The pivoting block pivots to the second position causing the first drum to foe assigned to the wire feeder and the second drum to be assigned to the winding system.

The vulcanizable rubber mixture includes from 10 to 100 phr of a block copolymer functionalized at least at one chain end (terminally) for binding to fillers, at least one filler and, optionally, additives. The block copolymer contains a statistically or microsequentially polymerized copolymer comprising a conjugated diene and an aromatic vinyl compound, and has, polymerized onto at least one end of the main chain, a terminally functionalized block of different structure to the main chain, which structure is homopolymeric or copolymeric, from 5 to 250 monomer units long, and composed of at least one of the mers of the main chain copolymer.
