    摘要: Low-density hydrophilic flexible polyurethane foams are prepared by reacting organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates (a) with a polyetherol mixture (b) and, if required, further compounds (c) having hydrogen atoms reactive toward isocyanates, in the presence of water and/or other blowing agents (d), catalysts (e) and, if required, further assistants and additives (f), by a process in which the polyetherol mixture (b) consists of b1) at least one difunctional or polyfunctional polyetherol based on propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide and ethylene oxide, having an ethylene oxide content of more than 40% by weight, based on the total amount of alkylene oxide used, an OH number of from 20 to 120 mg KOH/g and a proportion of primary OH groups of more than 20% and b2) at least one difunctional or polyfunctional polyetherol based on propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide and, if required, ethylene oxide, the ethylene oxide content being not more than 40% by weight, and having an OH number of more than 25 mg KOH/g, water in amounts of up to 15% by weight, based on the total weight of the components (b) to (f), and a mixture of gel catalysts and blowing catalysts are used and the foaming is effected in an index range of from 20 to 120. Furthermore, the flexible polyurethane foams themselves produced in this manner are used as upholstery material, as energy-absorbing material and in the cosmetics and hygiene sectors.

    摘要: The invention relates to an airbag, especially a lateral airbag, preferably in the shape of a tube, which is connected to at least two points on the motor vehicle and accommodated in its non-inflated state in a curved storage area. The invention provides for at least one tensioning cord (3) between the gas bag and a point of attachment to the motor vehicle, whereby said tensioning cord (3) can be tautened by the inflating gas bag. A preferred version provides for the tensioning cord (3) to be attached with one end to the gas bag (8) and with the other end to the motor vehicle (F1), whereby, when the gas bag inflates, the cord's point of attachment on the gas bag, together with the gas bag, is able to move away from the point (F1) where the tensioning cord (3) is attache to the motor vehicle. In this way the gas bag can be tautened without the need for additional mechanical or electrical components.

    摘要: Wastewater from a chemical-mechanical polishing process (CMP) used in semiconductor chip fabrication has hitherto been, and is still being, discharged into the public sewage system after chemical neutralization and sedimentation. This has the drawback that water consumption is considerable. It is therefore an object of the invention to reduce the total amount of wastewater produced that has to be discharged. This is achieved by the wastewater to be treated being subjected to an ultra-filtration. This allows the treated CMP wastewater to be reused within the plant. In particular, it can be recycled in order again to recover therefrom deionized water of a very high purity for operational purposes, e.g. for CMP.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for the production of a copolymer based on vinyl aromatic compounds and conjugated dienes, in which after polymerization, the copolymers are treated with multi-functional sulfur halides in the presence of a catalyst at temperatures in the range from 20 to 130° C. The copolymers produced according to the present invention demonstrate clearly improved processing characteristics as a result of selective masticating effect and good mechanical properties.
