摘要: A position detection device detects a position of a moving member moving backward and forward in a predetermined moving direction. The position detection device includes an exciting coil disposed along the moving member and extending in the moving direction, a detection coil that outputs a voltage corresponding to a position of a detection target portion moving with the moving member by means of a magnetic field generated by the exciting coil within a predetermined detection range in the moving direction, and a calculation unit that calculates the position of the moving member by the output voltage of the detection coil. The detection coil includes a pair of coil elements whose output voltage changes according to the position of the moving member, and phases of the output voltages of the pair of coil elements during movement of the moving member within the detection range differ from each other.

摘要: An Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon reduced in iron loss, less deformed, and highly productive in a condition of a magnetic flux density of 1.45 T is provided. One aspect of the present disclosure provides an Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon having first and second surfaces, and is provided with continuous linear laser irradiation marks on at least the first surface. Each linear laser irradiation mark is formed along a direction orthogonal to a casting direction of the Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon, and has unevenness on its surface. When the unevenness is evaluated in the casting direction, a height difference HL×width WA calculated from the height difference between a highest point and a lowest point in a thickness direction of the Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon and the width WA which is a length of the linear irradiation mark on the first surface is 6.0 to 180 μm2.

摘要: A leaky cable is provided with a linear insulator and a metal layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the insulator. A slot for leaking electromagnetic waves is formed through the metal layer between an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the metal layer, and the outer peripheral surface of the insulator is formed with unevenness that inhibits misalignment of the slot with respect to the insulator. The method of manufacturing the leaky cable includes forming an insulator composed of thermoplastic resin in a cylindrical shape, roughening an outer peripheral surface of the insulator, forming a metal layer on the outer peripheral surface of the insulator, and forming a slot through the metal layer between an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the metal layer. The slot is configured to leak electromagnetic waves to outside of the metal layer.

摘要: In a flexible printed wiring board (1), a first electrical conduction pattern (4) prepared on the first surface (3a) on which a bare chip (2) is mounted is prepared only inside a mounting region (3c) of the bare chip. Preferably, the first electrical conduction patterns (4) are prepared so as to avoid positions opposite to test electrodes (2b) which the bare chip comprises. Thereby, in the flexible printed wiring board used for mounting the bare chip, occurrence of malfunction resulting from electrical connection with a part other than a bump of the bare chip can be certainly prevented, and reliability of various devices using the bare chip can be improved.
