摘要: A system for processing a file stored on a computing system includes causing a processor of the system to obtain file usage data that is indicative of a number of times the file is loaded into a memory of the system and to obtain file-size data that is indicative of a size the file. The system further includes causing the processor to obtain metadata indicative of contents the file and to determine a file value based on the file usage data and at least one of the file-size data, the metadata, or a file-identifier value that is derived from an identifier of the file, where the file value comprising a quantitative or qualitative indicator of a value of the file. The system additionally includes causing the processor to adjust processing of the file relative to processing of other files associated with the computing system based on the file value.

摘要: A quick-change lighting assembly includes a stationary ring, a plurality of clips, and a compression ring arranged between the stationary ring and the clips. Each clip has a retaining end and moves between a retaining and a releasing position, whereby the retaining end is deflected against the compression member when moving from the retaining position to the releasing position. The compression member can move towards the stationary member from an extended position, such that movement of the clips moves the compression member from the extended position to a first position. The clips accept a flange of a socket assembly, the flange defects the retaining ends from the retaining position to the releasing position until the flange directly engages the compression member and further translates the compression member to a second compressed position and the clips return to the retaining position below the flange.

摘要: A lighting apparatus includes an elongated housing defining an elongated chamber. The housing is mountable at first end to a structure. A fixture includes a receptacle that receives a light bulb. The fixture is configured to be slidably inserted into the housing from inside the structure and positioned within the elongated chamber of the elongated housing outside the structure. An alternate lighting apparatus includes a mounting apparatus having a housing including a receptacle for receiving a light bulb and a body portion connected to the housing. The mounting apparatus is positionable in a first position inside the structure and configured for receiving a light bulb inside the structure, and the mounting apparatus is postionable in a second position wherein the mounting apparatus with the housing and the received light bulb is slidably inserted through a bore in a wall of the structure and the housing is positioned outside the structure.

摘要: A method for providing social network payments includes receiving a request to make a payment. The request is associated with a social network payer and a social network payee. It is determined that the social network payer is associated with a first payment provider identifier and an authorization token, and a second payment provider identifier for the social network payee is then retrieved using the authorization token. An instruction to make a payment from the social network payer to the social network payee is then transmitted to a payment service provider. The instruction includes a payment amount, the first payment provider identifier, and the second payment provider identifier. A payment alert is also adapted for a payee social network associated with the social network payee, and the payment alert is send to a social network provider device associated with the payee social network.

摘要: A method and apparatus are described for creating a multi-media stream (e.g., video, voice, audio, etc. . . . ) Super-MAC frame in a physical protocol data unit, including inserting a physical layer header into a channel time allocation and generating the multi-media stream SuperMAC frame further including, appending a media access control header after the physical layer header, calculating a header correction code, appending the header correction code after the media access control header, appending a media access control multi-media stream payload from a transmit queue, calculating a frame check sequence, appending the frame check sequence after the media access control multi-media stream payload and repeating the above acts, after inserting the physical layer header, until one of the channel time allocation is full or all transmit queues are empty.
