    摘要: A data delivery terminal (12) is connected to a delivery server (18) via a radio base station (14) and a cellular phone network (16). A user can input reservation information of content data (music data) by operating an operation panel on the data delivery terminal (12). For example, the reservation information includes a date and time of download and a title name of music data, connection information (DAP-TEL) to an access point (DAP) for a download server (20) and etc. When such the reservation information is input, the data delivery terminal (12) dials the access point in accordance with the date and time included in the reservation information. When a connection state is established, desired music data is transmitted from the download server (20) such that the music data is downloaded to a memory card attached to the data delivery terminal (12).

    摘要: A data delivery server (18) includes a download server (24), and a mobile telephone (12) is connected to the download server (24) via an Internet (20), a mobile telephone network (16), and a radio base station (14). The mobile telephone (12) is capable of downloading desired music data from the data delivery server (18). More specifically, a menu server (22) determines one access point where traffic is not congested based on a connection situation to the access point of the download server (24), and transmits to the mobile telephone (12) download information including a content ID which recognizes a determined access point and the desired music data. Therefore, the mobile telephone (12) is capable of downloading the music data by connecting it to the download server (24) from the access point where traffic is not congested based on the download information. Thus, a required time for downloading cannot be longer than necessary.

On the basis of this reduction ratio, the stereoscopic image is displayed and letters of “warning” are displayed. A user selects whether to display the stereoscopic image according to a producer's intention or to maintain the size-reduced stereoscopic image. If an operation requiring for a display of the stereoscopic image as it is intended by the producer is performed, an original stereoscopic image is displayed.

    摘要: In a polymer electrolyte fuel cell of the present invention, at least one of electrodes comprises conductive carbon carrying a platinum group metal catalyst, conductive carbon carrying no catalyst metal and a hydrogen ion-conductive polymer electrolyte. The preferable amount of the conductive carbon carrying no catalyst metal is equivalent to 5 to 50 wt % of the conductive carbon carrying the catalyst metal. Incorporation of the conductive carbon carrying no catalyst metal to the catalyst layer enables reduction in potential concentration on part of electron conduction channels in an electrode, whereby an electrode for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell having an excellent life characteristic can be provided.
