Abstract: Provided is a method of fabricating a semiconductor package, including preparing a die including a first metal layer and a second metal layer which are sequentially stacked on a silicon substrate, preparing a package substrate including a lead frame, and forming an adhesive layer between the lead frame and the first metal layer and attaching the die to the package substrate, wherein the forming of the adhesive layer is performed by eutectic bonding between the silicon substrate and the second metal layer. According to the semiconductor package according to an embodiment of the present invention, an adhesive layer can be easily formed by eutectic bonding without a process of forming a preform.

Abstract: According to the present invention, an image encoding/decoding method comprises the steps of: performing an intra prediction on a current block so as to generate a prediction block; performing filtering on a filtering target pixel in the prediction block on the basis of the intra prediction mode of the current block so as to generate a final prediction block; and generating a reconstructed block on the basis of a reconstructed differential block corresponding to the current block and on the final prediction block. According to the present invention, image encoding/decoding efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for setting a reference picture index of a temporal merging candidate. An inter-picture prediction method using a temporal merging candidate can include the steps of determining a reference picture index for a current block; and inducing a temporal merging candidate block of the current block and calculating a temporal merging candidate from the temporal merging candidate block, wherein the reference picture index of the temporal merging candidate can be calculated regardless of whether a block other than the current block is decoded. Accordingly, a video processing speed can be increased and video processing complexity can be reduced.

Abstract: Provided are an image encoding/decoding method and device. An image decoding method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: determining an intra prediction mode of a current block; and generating a prediction block of the current block by performing prediction on the basis of the intra prediction mode of the current block. An intra prediction mode for a luminance block of the current block is derived by means of a most probable mode (MPM) list comprises a plurality of MPM candidates. The MPM list can be constructed independently from as to whether a plurality of reference sample lines are used and whether a divided prediction is performed by means of a sub-block.
