摘要： A damper disc assembly comprises an input rotation member, a flanged hub connectable to an output member, an elastic member elastically connecting the input rotation member and the hub flange, a plurality of friction members and an regulator. The plurality of friction members are sandwiched between the input rotation member and the hub flange and develop hysteresis torque when the input rotation member rotates relative to the hub. The regulator enables a select number friction members to be functional depending on whether the damper assembly responds to phases of twisting of the input rotation member relative to the hub flange in either a direction positive or negative with respect to the rotation of the input rotation member.

摘要： An injection molding apparatus has a plasticizing space formed in a substantial cone or disk shape between a heating cylinder and a screw, into which molding resin is introduced. The molding resin in the plasticizing space can be maintained in its uniformly plasticized state by continuously rotating the screw during an injection molding operation, thus increasing the efficiency of injection molding. The heating cylinder and screw can readily be assembled because the heating surface of the heating cylinder and the plasticizing surface of the screw are formed in substantial cone or disk shapes.

摘要： A phase comparator circuit is constituted by a quadrant multiplier circuit and a DC compensation circuit. The quadrant multiplier circuit includes transistor pairs and outputs phase differences respectively of input data signals and clock signals. The DC compensation circuit has a variable current source and two transistor pairs whose collectors are connected respectively to a positive phase output and a reverse phase output from said quadrant multiplier circuit and whose emitters are connected to said variable current source. The phase comparator circuit thus arranged is capable of increasing a pulling-in range of the circuit.

摘要： A method for optically inspecting a human body and an apparatus for the same serve to scan a light pulse having a visible wavelength to an infrared one on a specific sliced portion of a body to be inspected, for obtaining pieces of projection data about light absorption and to reconstruct an image about distribution of light absorption from the projection data with a computer tomogram. The projection data is measured by alternately radiating a first light pulse at a first wavelength in an absorption wavelength band specific to metabolic materials to be imaged and a second light pulse at a second wavelength being closer to said first wavelength. Then, the data about the transmitted beams are produced by deriving a ratio of integrated values of the first signal to the second one residing within a specific time gate.
