Abstract:
A method, system, and computer program product for transferring N table instances X1, X2, . . . , XN of a table T from a source database S to destination databases D1, D2, . . . , DN, respectively. The method is implemented by executing a computer code by a processor of a computer system. N is at least 1. For I=1, 2, . . . , N the method includes: determining whether the table T has been defined for destination database DI, and if it is determined that the table T has not been defined for the destination database DI, then defining the table T for the destination database DI; and transferring the instance XI of the N table instances from the source database S into the defined table T of the destination database DI.

Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, comprising an input port and a dynamic impedance matching network capable of determining a mismatch at the input port and dynamically changing the RF match by using at least one matching element that includes at least one voltage tunable dielectric capacitor. The matching network may be a “Pi”, a “T”, or “ladder” type network and the apparatus may further comprise at least one directional coupler capable of signal collection by sampling a portion of an incident signal, a reflected signal or both. In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may also include a control and power control & logic unit (PC LU) to convert input analog signals into digital signals and sensing VSWR phase and magnitude and processing the digital signals using an algorithm to give it a voltage value and wherein the voltage values may be compared to values coming from the coupler and once compared and matched, the values may be passed to a Hi Voltage Application Specific Integrated Circuit (HV ASIC) to transfer and distribute compensatory voltages to the matching network elements.

Abstract:
A method and system for updating a database structure. The database structure includes a dynamically changing list of control documents. A control document specifies tasks to be performed on the database structure. An agent finds an approved control document on the list such as by looking into a view of control documents. Processing the approved control document includes causing an execution of at least one task on the approved control document. Execution of a such task includes updating of the database structure, and may be implemented by the agent that found the control document or by another agent called by the agent.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an oxygen delivery apparatus constructed from an oxygen delivery manifold, a respiratory cannula, and a host controller. The host controller contains an oxygen delivery program and accepts a respiration input regarding whether the patient is inhaling or exhaling, and whether the patient is breathing orally or nasally. The oxygen delivery program regulates the flow rate of oxygen based in part upon the respiration input provided. A first rates is used when the patient is inhaling and exhaling orally, a second rate is used when the patient is inhaling nasally, and a third rate is used when the patient is exhaling nasally.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a capnometry apparatus for receiving respiratory gas from a respiratory cannula positioned on a patient. An integrated host controller alerts a user if the capnometry apparatus is connected or not connected to the respiratory cannula based in part on a signal output from a capnometer located in the capnometry apparatus. The host controller also includes the functionality to shut off the capnometer pump with or without a time delay when the capnometer signal output indicates the capnometer pump is not connected to the cannula. An ambient-air pressure sensor located in the capnometry apparatus alerts the host controller if the capnometry apparatus has been moved to a new location with a substantially different altitude than the first location, in which case the host controller will issue an alert to a user prompting a calibration of the capnometry apparatus.
Abstract:
To establish communication between a host and a client, electromagnetic field is generated across coils disposed in the devices. The magnetic field generated across the coil disposed in the host is used to power the client and to transfer data to the client. The data received by the client may, in turn, be used to configure the client. To receive data from the client, the coil disposed in the host is placed in a quiescent data recovery mode. The data to be transmitted from the client to the host generates variations in magnetic field formed across the client's coil. These variation, in turn, form variations in the magnetic field across the coil disposed in the host, and are subsequently decoded by the host to detect the data transmitted from the client. Supporting circuitry in both the host and client convert the electromagnetic variations into a stream of bits.
Abstract:
A dispensing container assembly includes a container having a threaded finish portion, at least one modular sealed vial that contains a substance, and a closure cap that is adapted to be screwed on to the container. The closure cap includes a closure main body having a top portion and a downwardly depending sidewall portion that is adapted to be secured to the container. An insert is positioned between the closure cap and the container for securing the modular sealed vial to the closure cap. The closure cap further includes structure for unsealing the sealed vial, and the inset includes releasing structure for releasing the unsealed vial from the vial securing structure in order that it may fall into the container. A method of dispensing a substance into the container is also disclosed.
Abstract:
The PRO-RAMP professional adjustable ramp system of this invention comprises a lower horizontal panel, hinged to a second angularly adjustable panel by a vertical plane. Two embodiments are disclosed. In the preferred embodiment the vertical member is adjusted by concentric tubular members and locking in position by a pair of pins through aligned holes. In the alternate embodiment the inside surfaces of the two panels are notched such that there is no possibility of slippage of the vertical pane and thus of accidental collapse of the plane. A variation of alternate embodiment employs a collapsible truss support instead of the vertical plane. The second horizontal plane may be sectionalized into plurality of planes such that a user can experience different gradients in a single ramp.
Abstract:
A housing for a seismic sensing element (3) for use on the earth's surface comprises connecting means (5) for connecting the housing (3) to a support cable (2) so as to allow relative movement between the sensor housing (3) and the cable (2). This de-couples the sensor housing from the support cable, and improves the fidelity of the sensor. The connecting means (5) preferably comprises resilient connecting elements, to prevent the transmission of vibrations between the support cable and the sensor housing. The sensor housing (3) preferably has a flat base (1), so that there is good coupling between the sensor housing and the earth. Alternatively, the sensor housing can be fitted with a base member ((24a, 24b, 24c) that has at least one flat face (26, 26a, 26b, 26c).
