    摘要: An audio signal recording and reproduction apparatus enabling a low frequency band signal component to be reproduced by existing reproduction apparatuses and a high frequency band component to be processed as well. A digital audio signal is divided into a low frequency band signal component and high frequency band signal component by a frequency band division filter. The low band signal component is subjected to straight PCM processing to maintain compatibility with existing reproduction methods. The high frequency band signal component is subjected to high frequency coding through a requantization circuit and entropy coding circuit. A comparison circuit compares the straight PCM signals and the high efficiency coded signals to determine if they will fit into a predetermined bit length and, when not fitting, causes the requantization circuit to perform requantization to shorten the bit length. The bit redistribution circuit performs redistribution between the straight PCM bit data and the high efficiency coded bit data. The wave data is recorded on a CD. On the CD may also be recorded the sub-code data of an entropy coding circuit and the number of requantization bits of a requantization circuit.

    摘要: A method of constructing the top slab of a nuclear reactor container in which a flange for mounting the top head of the container is prepared separately from the sleeve of the container. When the outside diameter of the flange is greater than the inside diameter of a doughnut-shaped steel; reinforcement structure assembled on the container, the steel reinforcement structure is situated in place and then the flange is welded to the sleeve, thus shortening the construction period. Disclosed also is a nuclear reactor container constructed by this method.

    摘要: The air flow rate detecting resistance element 1A or the temperature sensing resistance element 1B comprises a dielectric substrate 5A or 5B, a thin film type conductor 6A or 6B as a resistance element forming conductor, and a thin film type conductor 7A or 7B as a shield electrode element forming conductor. The resistance element conductor 6A or 6B and the shield electrode element conductor 7or 7B are formed by evaporation on the dielectric substrate 5A or 5B. The shield electrode element conductor 7A or 7B is provided in the vicinity of the resistance element conductor 6A or 6B an electrostatic capacity is formed therebetween. The shield electrode element conductor 7A or 7B is maintained at the lowest potential such as ground or a common potential. The guidance of high frequency radio waves to the resistance element 1A or 1B can be effectively prevented, so that the radio interference resistance of the hot film type air flow meter can be improved.

    摘要: A platinum wire (2) is wound in the form of coil. An outer surface of the coiled wire (2) is overcoated with a glass member (4). The coiled wire (2) is welded to supporting member (3). An exothermic resistor (1; 1A, 1B) comprised the coiled wire (12), the glass member (4) and the supporting member (3), and has no bobbin therein. Such an exothermic resistor (1; 1A, 1B) free from a bobbin is used as a hot wire element (1A) and a cold wire element (1B) in a hot wire air flow meter. The quantity of heat generated on the coiled wire (2) hardly transmit through the supporting member (3) and is carried away almost through air. The transient response characteristics under sudden change of an amount of air flow can be improved.

    摘要: There is described a ultra-miniature electromagnetic valve assembly smaller than 1 mm in diameter of inlet and outlet ports and having a valve casing of approximately of 10 mm in plan view side length, the valve assembly of the type formed by connecting separately fabricated valve casing and electromagnetic operating section and comprising: an inlet port and an outlet port provided on one side surface of the valve casing; locking projections provided on the opposite side surfaces of said valve casing; and an outer shell member for the electromagnetic operating section, having a notched portion at the inner end of one of side surfaces thereof to evade the inlet and outlet ports and provided with locking windows on the opposite sides of the notched portion and on the other side surface, the locking windows being engageable with the locking projections on the valve casing to connect the electro-magnetic section thereto. Consequently, the valve casing and electromagnetic operating section are connected to each other easily in a space-saving manner, permitting production of ultra-miniature electromagnetic valves.
