摘要： An anti-overrunning device for an internal combustion engine utilizing a carburetor with a throttle valve and a vibrating pump for generating pressure by vibrations of the engine. An actuator is provided for the throttle valve to move it to a closing position, and a control valve is used to control flow of pressure from the vibrating pump to the actuator. A generator driven by the engine provides electromotive force to actuate the control valve.

摘要： A method of controlling an output of an internal combustion engine having an electronic governor device and/or that of at least one variable displacement hydraulic pump driven by the engine in which, when the engine is operated in a range of high speed revolutions approximately equal to or exceeding the number of revolutions of the engine at a rated point on a governor control curve specific to the engine, the engine is operated by the action of the electonic governor device at a given point of a curve of equal horsepower of the engine where an engine output torque is higher than that in the high speed revolution range and where fuel consumption is lower than that in the range.

摘要： An optical connector has: a holding member having an accommodating portion formed at an end thereof for accommodating a collimator lens and an insertion hole formed at an opposite end thereof for inserting an optical fiber; and a resin joint having a first insertion hole formed at an end thereof for inserting the holding member and a second insertion hole formed at an opposite end thereof for inserting the optical fiber. The collimator lens and the optical fiber are positioned by making at least one of the collimator lens and an end surface of the optical fiber abut against a recess formed in the holding member near the accommodating portion. The resin joint has a fixing portion formed therein for fixing a part of the optical fiber positioned in the holding member inserted via the first insertion hole into the resin joint, the part being exposed from the holding member.

摘要： According to the present invention, there is provided a vertical heat treatment apparatus which is a vertical heat treatment furnace comprising at least: a reaction tube; a heat treatment boat configured to hold a substrate; a heater configured to heat the substrate; a gas introduction tube configured to introduce an atmospheric gas into the reaction tube; a gas supply tube connected to the gas introduction tube; and a gas port portion that is formed at a flange body provided under the reaction tube or the reaction tube and into which the gas introduction tube is inserted, wherein the gas introduction tube is connected to the gas supply tube through a joint outside the reaction tube, the joint has at least a metal short tube having a flange portion, and the gas introduction tube is inserted into a through hole formed by connecting the flange portion of the metal short tube to the flange portion provided at the gas port portion through an O-ring and further connected to the gas supply tube through the joint. As a result, there can be provided the vertical heat treatment apparatus that can avoid damages to the gas introduction tube and easily achieve connection between the gas introduction tube and the gas supply tube without haze on a substrate.

The pulsation absorption control valve is arranged in a position downstream of the boom control valve. The pulsation absorption control valve is constituted such that one main line out of a pair of main lines is communicated with or blocked off from an accumulator via one communication line and the other main line is communicated with or blocked off from the side of a tank via the other communication line. The accumulator is operated as a dynamic damper at the traveling of a vehicle. This arrangement enables the construction of the communication line to be simplified, thus improving operability at assembling.
