    摘要: A method for manufacturing a printed wiring board, including forming a thermosetting resin layer on the printed wiring board; heating and curing the resin layer; and then polishing the cured resin layer, thereby exposing the circuit patterns. Additionally, the step of heating and curing includes maintaining the resin layer at a non-curable temperature in a state where the resin layer is pressed via the smoothing plate in a reduced pressure chamber; heating the resin layer in the pressed state to a curing temperature; introducing outside air into the reduced pressure chamber with the pressed state and the curing temperature maintained; reducing the pressure applied to the smoothing plate with the curing temperature maintained; and cooling the resin layer.

    摘要: In a test method in which an image photographed by a camera apparatus 1 attached to a body of a vehicle is displayed on a display device 17 and an examiner examines compliance or non-compliance of the shooting direction of the camera apparatus 1 by comparing the position of a reference pattern and the position of a judgment pattern on the displayed photographed image, the photographed image is obtained at first by photographing with the camera apparatus 1 a test chart which is placed at a predefined position ahead of the vehicle with the reference pattern drawn on the test chart. Next, the judgment pattern is set at a specific position on the photographed image. Then, the photographed image on which the judgment pattern has been set is displayed on the display device 17.

    摘要: There is provided a method for manufacturing a flat printed wiring board in which spaces between circuit patterns are filled with a resin. The method comprises: laminating via a mold release film a plurality of sets of laminated bodies formed by superposing a semi-cured resin sheet on a printed wiring board with circuit patterns formed thereon; placing the laminated plural sets of the laminated bodies interposed between a pair of smoothing plates and collectively pressing the laminated bodies in a reduced pressure atmosphere used for curing the resin; and then polishing the cured resin covering the circuit patterns, thereby exposing the circuit patterns.

    摘要: A hand-held endless belt abrading machine comprises a base portion and a main portion, which portion is rotatable relative to the base portion around an axis extending in a forward and rearward direction of the abrading machine. The main portion comprises an air motor having a rotational shaft extending in a direction transverse to the abrading machine and projecting from the left end of the air motor, so that an abrading endless belt assembly drivingly connected to the output shaft is positioned to the left relative to the motor and the base portion which is held by a hand of an operator. When a left-handed person uses the abrading machine, the main portion is turned 180° relative to the base portion to shift the abrading endless belt assembly to the right relative to the base portion, thereby enabling the operator to readily observe the abrading belt assembly in operation.

    摘要: An image display apparatus, which is used to display a plurality of images on one display image by carrying out a filtering operation, comprises a memory unit, a filter unit, a write control unit, a delay unit, and a switching unit. The write control unit controls the writing of the display data at a region having a specific address length between adjacent display-regions, when storing the display data into the memory unit. The filter unit applies a filtering operation to the display data read out from the memory unit along the display scanning direction, and the delay unit gives a different delay value to the display data output from the filter unit. The switching unit switches the display data having a different delay value output from the delay unit at a boundary line of the adjacent display-regions. Therefore, the length between the adjacent display-regions can be shortened, and an image having a preferable length between the adjacent display-regions without an intervention can be displayed.

The hub ring has a great opening ratio to achieve a low pressure loss property and causes substantially no residence of polymer, and the hub ring can be manufactured at a low cost. The supporting plate has high pressure resistance, low-pressure loss property, good directivity of polymer flow and excellent polymer mixing effect, and it is suitable for use as a retainer disposed inside of a filter.

    摘要: An ultrasonic wave beam former including: a ultrasonic wave probe (1) equipped with a plurality of transducers (2) for converting a ultrasonic wave signal to an electric signal for effecting a dynamic focus by multiplying each channel signal as an output signal from each of the transducers (2) by a reference wave signal having the phase which is dynamically adjusted for each channel, and adding together each after-multiplication signal after the multiplication through a delay line (3), characterized in that at least two kinds of reference signals having mutually different frequencies are provided for each of the channels and at least two multipliers (10) are also provided;each of the reference signals is constituted so as to receive an ultrasonic wave signal from a direction differenct from others and have a phase angle (.theta. (i)) adjusted so as to effect a dynamic focus;the after-multiplication signal from each of the multipliers (10) for each channel is supplied to the delay line (3); andthe superposed after-multiplication channel signal for each channel is added to one another through the delay line (3) and is subjected to a frequency separation by a filter (19) adapted to correspond to the frequency of the reference signal.
