    摘要: A continuous plasma CVD apparatus, characterized in that frequency of high-frequency bias is in the range of 50-900 KHz, a blocking condenser is provided between a thin film and a high-frequency source so that the product C·f of electrostatic capacity C of the blocking condenser and frequency f of the high-frequency source is 0.02 [F·Hz] or more, and the total of impedances of all the rollers provided in the route of from a substrate unwind roller to a rotating drum is 10 k&OHgr; or more and the total of impedances of all the rollers provided in the route of from the rotating drum to a wind roller is 10 k&OHgr; or more. According to this apparatus, it becomes possible to continuously form a film without causing damage and deterioration of the substrate.

    摘要: A moving body recognition apparatus which recognizes a shape and movement of an object moving in relation to an image input unit by extracting feature points, e.g. a peak of the object and a boundary of color, each in said images captured at a plurality of instants in time for observation by the image input unit. The moving body recognition apparatus comprises an image input unit for capturing images of an object as a moving body having a rotation, a feature point extraction unit for extracting feature points from the images inputted by the image input unit, a feature point storage unit for storing known position data of the extracted feature points, and a shape/movement recognition unit for calculating the actual positions and movements of the feature points of the object in the images by using the known position data of the extracted feature points outputted from the feature point storage unit.

    摘要: A two-head helical scan type video tape recorder comprises two rotary heads having different gap widths each larger than the pitch of the recording gap. The track widths of the two heads are set at 5/4.multidot.T and 3/2.multidot.T respectively where T is the pitch of the tracks recorded on the magnetic tape. This configuration provides a compatibility with a video tape recorder of helical scan type in which each gap width of the two heads is T which is equal to the track pitch T.

    摘要: A laminated negative acting presensitized planographic printing plate for use in dry planography having(a) a base layer.(b) a silicone rubber layer overlying the base layer, and(c) a photoadhesive layer overlying the silicone rubber layer comprising at least one photopolymerizable unsaturated compound having a boiling point above 100.degree. C. and a photoinitiator.Under exposure to light through a negative transparency, the photoadhesive layer polymerizes in the exposed image area and adheres to the underlying silicone rubber layer, while remaining non-adhesive to the underlying silicone rubber layer in the unexposed non-image area.The unexposed photoadhesive layer only is removed to bare the underlying silicone rubber layer which is made an ink-repellent non-image area and the photoadhesive layer remaining in the exposed area is made an ink-receptive image area.The surface of the photoadhesive layer accepts ink from inking rollers, while the silicone rubber background area will not remove ink from the rollers and thus remains ink free.

    摘要: A process is provided for manufacturing heat resistant polymeric film. A concentrated polymer composition containing solvent is provided, which composition is a solid at room temperature. The composition comprises (a) a polymer having in the repeating units thereof a member selected from the group consisting of precursor units which on heat curing form heterocyclic rings, and a mixture of said precursor units and heterocyclic rings formed from said precursor units and (b) 25-130% by weight of an organic solvent for said polymer, the composition being a solid at room temperature.According to the process, the solid composition is heated to a temperature above room temperature and is extruded into film at this high temperature to form film at a temperature above room temperature and below the curing temperature of the polymer. The resulting film, prior to curing, is subjected to an extraction step using an extraction compound selected from the group consisting of water, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrocarbon halide, ketones and hydroxyhydrocarbons, and such curing is achieved by maintaining contact for a time sufficient to extract some of the solvent from the film.The resulting film is thereafter cured with an effective amount of heat sufficient to cause ring closure of said precursor units, thereby forming the heat resistant polymeric film.
