In order to allow for the shaft (4) of the steering system (1) to be free of backlash in an inexpensive and simple manner, the means (5) for axially positioning the shaft (4) is configured as a pressure pad (6) which is axially supported on the frame (3) and on the bearing (2) sitting on the shaft (4) without play and which retains the bearing (2) on the frame (3).

    摘要: The invention relates to a smoke-permeable, moisture-resistant, tubular, biaxially oriented, preferably also heat set food casing containing a mixture of at least one aliphatic (co)polyamide and at least one water-soluble synthetic polymer, and having a water vapor transmission rate of between 40 and 200 g/m2·d. The water-soluble polymer is preferably a polyvinyl alcohol. Optionally, the mixture also contains additives which influence the optics, haptics, moisture storage capacity and peeling behavior. The casing is preferably tubular and seamless and is produced by extrusion of a corresponding thermoplastic mixture. The inventive casing is preferably used as an artifical sausage casing, especially for smokeable scalded-emulsion sausages.

Data signals modulated in accordance with one of at least two different modulation schemes are received. The front end of the device has an analog and a digital part, and the digital front end includes a first and a second signal processing branch for processing received data signals modulated in accordance with different modulation schemes. The first and second processing branches have low-IF (Intermediate Frequency) topologies. There is further provided a corresponding integrated circuit chip and a method of processing received data signals.

    摘要: A multi-layer gate stack structure of a field-effect transistor device is fabricated by providing a gate electrode layer stack with a polysilicon layer, a transition metal interface layer, a nitride barrier layer and then a metal layer on a gate dielectric, wherein the transition metal is titanium, tantalum or cobalt. Patterning the gate electrode layer stack comprises a step of patterning the metal layer and the barrier layer with an etch stop on the surface of the interface layer. Exposed portions of the interface layer are removed and the remaining portions are pulled back from the sidewalls of the gate stack structure leaving divots extending along the sidewalls of the gate stack structure between the barrier layer and the polysilicon layer. A nitride liner encapsulating the metal layer, the barrier layer and the interface layer fills the divots left by the pulled-back interface layer. The nitride liner is opened before the polysilicon layer is patterned. As the requirement for an overetch into the polysilicon layer during the etch of the metal layer, the barrier layer and the interface layer is omitted, the height of the polysilicon layer can be reduced. The aspect ration of the gate stack structure is improved, the feasibility of pattern and fill processes enhanced and the range of an angle under which implants can be performed is extended.

The torque-transmitting mechanisms are simultaneously engaged at an interchange point between the first and second ranges of operation. This interchange point is a synchronous speed interchange point, such that the torque-transmitting mechanisms are engaged and disengaged without slipping forces being transmitted.
