    摘要: A pixel clock generation apparatus includes a detector detecting a time interval between two horizontal synchronization signals. A comparing part compares the time interval detected by the detector and a target value, and outputs the difference. A phase shift data generation part stores one or more lookup tables each storing a pattern of phase shift data for controlling a phase shift amount of a pixel clock, and reads and outputs the phase shift data from the lookup table based on the difference that is output from the comparing part. A high frequency clock generation part generates a high frequency clock. A pixel clock generation part generates the pixel clock whose phase is controlled in accordance with the phase shift data based on the high frequency clock.

Further, a transmission-side connection port, a reception-side connection port and an antenna connection port are formed in peripheral portions of the diplexer such that the ports communicate with the waveguide. A circuit section including a high-frequency transmission circuit, a high-frequency reception circuit, and direct-current circuits are mounted on one side of the diplexer. The high-frequency transmission circuit is connected to the transmission-side connection port of the diplexer, and the high-frequency reception circuit is connected to the reception-side connection port of the diplexer.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for detecting an abnormal paper feed such as a paper jam in a printing press which can reduce the work load for an operator and prevent productivity and printing quality from being lowered by detecting the elapsed time of travel of a first sheet of paper from a paper feeder to a register, with the time corresponding to the number of sheets reaching the register. This number is compared to a number of paper sheets stored in a memory. When there is an agreement between the compared sheet numbers, normal paper feeding is indicated. When the detected number of sheets is more or less than the number stored in memory, abnormal paper feeding is indicated and further paper feeding is interrupted. A number less than the required number is indicative of paper remaining on a feeder board from a previous printing operation. A number larger than the required number is indicative of a paper jam.

    摘要: A pulse width modulation and intensity modulation signal generating unit, based on input data, performs pulse width modulation and intensity modulation and generates a light emission instruction signal. An error amplifier forms a negative feedback loop together with a semiconductor laser and a light reception device which monitors light output of the semiconductor laser, the error amplifier controlling forward current of the semiconductor laser so that a light reception signal proportional to the light output of the semiconductor laser is equal to the light emission instruction signal. A current driving unit causes a driving current, according to the light emission instruction signal, to flow through the semiconductor laser as the forward current thereof, the driving current being generated so as to control driving of the semiconductor laser with a current of the difference or sum with the control current of the negative feedback loop. The pulse width modulation nd intensity modulation signal generating unit, the error amplifier and the current driving unit are formed as one chip of an integrated circuit.

    摘要: A digital ASIC inputs pixel data thereto and an analog ASIC inputs the output signal of the digital ASIC thereto. A combination of the digital ASIC and the analog ASIC controls a semiconductor laser so as to pulse-width-modulate and amplitude-modulate the light emitted by the semiconductor laser that may be pulse-width-modulated and amplitude-modulated. The digital ASIC comprises a reference pulse generator having delay time control unit and a pulse width generator for generating a plurality of different pulse widths using pulses having a plurality of phases generated by the reference pulse generator. The analog ASIC comprises control/modulation unit for controlling the semiconductor laser so as to pulse-width-modulate and amplitude-modulate the light emitted by the semiconductor laser using the plurality of different pulse widths generated by the pulse width generator. The reference pulse generator comprises an oscillator comprising combined multiple delay-time control unit, and control unit for controlling the oscillator so as to make the frequency supplied by the oscillator identical to the clock of the pixel data.

    摘要: A semiconductor laser control device that comprises a light receiving photodiode for detecting light emitted from a semiconductor laser element to be controlled and a current amplifier circuit. To the amplifier circuit, the light receiving photodiode and a light emitting command signal are connected so as to apply first forward current to the laser element in response to difference between the light detection signal and an input signal corresponding to the light emitting command signal so that a negative feed back circuit is constituted from the light receiving photodiode and the amplifier circuit.
