摘要: An organic insulator composition comprising a high dielectric constant insulator dispersed in a hyperbranched polymer and an organic thin film transistor using the insulator composition. More specifically, the organic thin film transistor comprises a substrate, a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode and an organic semiconductor layer wherein the gate insulating layer is made of the organic insulator composition. The use of the insulator composition in the formation of a gate insulating layer allows the gate insulating layer to be uniformly formed by spin coating at room temperature, as well as enables fabrication of an organic thin film transistor simultaneously satisfying the requirements of high charge carrier mobility and low threshold voltage.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for forming a metal pattern by using metal nanocrystals. The method comprises the steps of: (i) coating a photosensitive compound having a substituent, which is converted into a free carboxyl group by light exposure, on a substrate to form a photosensitive film; (ii) selectively exposing the photosensitive film to light in the presence of a photoacid generator to form a latent pattern for crystal growth having a free carboxyl group; and (iii) treating the latent pattern for crystal growth with a nanometallic solution in which metal nanocrystals can be formed to grow the metal nanocrystals on the latent pattern. According to the method, a metal wiring pattern can be formed in a cost-effective and relatively simple manner. Further, the metal pattern formed by the method can be useful in the manufacture of an electromagnetic interference filter for flat panel display devices or an electrode, and can thus be applied to devices, e.g., organic light-emitting devices (OLED) and organic thin-film transistors (OTFT).

摘要: A hydraulic control system of an automatic transmission that precisely control is operating hydraulic pressure supplied to a frictional element during shifting and can eliminate oil leak under a maximum operating hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic control system controls a hydraulic pressure generated by a hydraulic pump to from an operating hydraulic pressure for a frictional element selectively operating at each shift ratio. A hydraulic line is configured such that the operating hydraulic pressure of the frictional element is controlled by a pressure control valve and a switching valve that are controlled by a solenoid valve. An exhaust hydraulic line of the pressure control valve is connected to an exhaust hydraulic line of the switching valve such that the exhaust hydraulic line of the pressure control valve can be controlled by a switching of the switching valve.

摘要: A method of fabricating an array substrate for an LCD (liquid crystal display device) is presented in which each pixel region contains multi-domain regions. The method includes: forming a first alignment layer by coating a first alignment material on an LCD substrate; forming a photoresist pattern on the first alignment layer; removing the first alignment layer exposed by the photoresist pattern; forming a second alignment layer by coating a second alignment material on the substrate; removing the photoresist pattern to lift off the second alignment layer formed on the photoresist pattern; and rubbing the first alignment layer and the second alignment layer in a predetermined direction. The first and second alignment layers are formed from different materials and have different alignment directions.

摘要: The present invention provides an illumination system and projection system using the same. The present invention can eliminate the reflective light on the internal optical surface of the optical system, using the phase plate and linear polarizer, in the color sequential driving of illuminating at least two colors on the single display panel at a random moment. The phase plate converts the incident light from a linearly polarized light to a circularly polarized light, and vice versa. And, the linear polarizer transmits the linearly polarized light of the incident light in the specific direction. Therefore, the present invention prevents the degradation of color purity generated from the mutual intrusion of light of at least two colors, thereby enhancing quality of color image.
