摘要: A half tone mask of the present invention is provided with a half tone film in which a thickness of the half tone film in a dense pattern area where optical proximity effect occurs differs from that in an isolated pattern area where the optical proximity effect does not occur, the thickness of the half tone film in the isolated pattern area being adjusted so that difference in size of a resist does not occur between the dense pattern area and the isolated pattern area due to the optical proximity effect, thus preventing the difference in size of the resist between the dense pattern area and the isolated pattern area, even when providing high definition patterns which causes the optical proximity effect.

摘要: Semiconductor devices are provided that include a memory cell having load transistors, driver transistors, and transfer transistors. The semiconductor device has a first element-forming region that can be provided in, for example, a p-well region. The first element-forming region can include includes a first active region, a second active region, a third active region, a fourth active region and a fifth active region. The third active region, the fourth active region and the fifth active region can be provided between the first active region and the second active region. The first active region and the second active region can be continuous with the third active region, the fourth active region and the fifth active region, respectively. Thus, semiconductor devices can be provided having element-forming regions that can be readily formed. Memory systems and electronic equipment that include such semiconductor devices can also be provided.

摘要: An information guiding system is composed of cordless portable terminal units which are to be carried by visitors of a museum, radio base stations, an exchange, and an audio response equipment. A portable terminal unit transmits a service number for guiding to a radio base station so as to request the radio base station to set a call to the audio response equipment, and the radio base station transmits the call setting request to the exchange, which sets a speech path to the audio response equipment in answer to the call setting request. The portable terminal unit then transmits information (the number of an exhibit, the language and the information depth) designating an audio file via the radio base station, the exchange and the speech path. The audio response equipment takes out the information about the exhibit on the basis of the information designating the audio file, converts the information into audible sound signals, transmits the audible sound signals to the speech path, and transmits the signal to the portable terminal unit which has called, via the exchange and the radio base station.

摘要: A peripheral equipment control LSI interposed between an SCSI bus connected to a main CPU and peripheral equipment such as a file device. The LSI is divided into two major blocks. One block recognizes an SCSI protocol ID signal sent over the SCSI bus. The other block generates a signal that causes the other block to leave a sleep state (low power dissipation mode). In a sate in which a command is awaited from the main CPU, the peripheral equipment control LSI allows the block containing the ID recognition part to remain active while the other block is kept in the sleep state. On receiving an ID-based selected (access) signal from the main CPU, the LSI detects the start of an access operation and causes the other block to leave its sleep state and to become active.

摘要: The drive control valve for constant speed is for driving a pneumatic actuator at a constant speed by use of a meter-out control mode, and includes a nonreturn valve for blocking discharged air from its pressure chamber and a relief valve for controlling the air pressure in the pressure chamber so as to be equal to an adjustable set pressure which is constant. When air pressure is supplied to one of the pressure chambers of the pneumatic actuator, the air pressure air discharged from the other pressure chamber is blocked by the nonreturn valve, so that it is discharged to the outside through a relief valve. In this case, however, the air pressure of the pressure chamber on the exhaust side is maintained at a set pressure for the relief valve which is set beforehand, and hence, the flow rate of air discharged from the pressure chamber becomes constant, and the pneumatic actuator is driven at a constant speed.
