    摘要: In an optical recording information recording medium of a structure having protection layers on both surfaces of a recording layer, overwrite cyclability is improved without deteriorating the reliability of recorded data.To achieve this, the first protection layer is deposited by a sputtering method from a target made of a mixture comprising ZnS and SiO.sub.2 without adding an O.sub.2 gas and a H.sub.2 gas to a sputtering atmosphere, the second protection layer is deposited by a sputtering method using a target made of a mixture comprising ZnS and SiO.sub.2 by adding an O.sub.2 gas and an H.sub.2 gas to the sputtering atmosphere.Especially, an optical information recording medium having a high reliability of recorded data and capable of overwriting of 300,000 cycles or more can be obtained, particularly, by controlling the partial pressure of the added O.sub.2 gas to 10.times.10.sup.-6 -50.times.10.sup.-6 Torr and the partial pressure of the added H.sub.2 gas to 20.times.10.sup.-6 -50.times.10.sup.-6 Torr upon deposition of the second protection layer.

    摘要: A position control system, capable of correcting the positional deviation between mechanically related control axes. The position control system comprises a structural body having a Y-shaft supported by a fixed member so that two end portions can move in a vertical direction and a main shaft provided in this shaft so that it can move in a horizontal direction, servo motors for driving the two end portions, a servo motor for driving the main shaft, and a control device for performing the servo control of the servo motors. The control device adjusts the positions of the two end portions of the Y-shaft in accordance with the position of the main shaft with respect to the Y-shaft at the position control to correct the positional deviation from the target position of the main shaft in the vertical direction.

    摘要: A tilt and trim control system includes a simply-structured control unit that better protects its electrical components from contact with water and other contaminates. The control unit includes a pair of relays mounted onto to a printed circuit board. The board and the relays are potted within a housing. A plurality of wire leads are also attached to the printed circuit board with the connections between the leads and the board also being potted. The control unit is attached to the lower section of a cowling that surrounds an engine of the marine drive. The tilt and trim control system additionally includes a terminal block that is positioned within the cowling. The terminal block connects the control unit to a motor of a tilt and trim mechanism, and is positioned above the control unit on the engine. This position of the terminal block generally isolates the terminal block from water that may lie within the lower section of the cowling. The small size of the terminal block, however, does not interfere with the layout of other engine components.

    摘要: A creatine amidinohydrolase with the following physicochemical properties is prepared:(a) action: hydrolysis of 1 mole of creatine to form 1 mole of sarcosine and 1 mole of urea;(b) substrate specificity: specific for a creatine substrate;(c) optimum pH: 7-9;(d) optimum temperature: around 35.degree.-45.degree. C.;(e) pH stability: stable in the range of pH 5.0-10.5 at 25.degree. C. for 17 hours;(f) thermal stability: stable at a temperature up to about 45.degree. C. at pH 7.5 for 30 min.;(g) inhibitors: AgNO.sub.3, HgCl.sub.2, CuSO.sub.4, etc.; and(h) molecular weight: about 80,000.+-.5000 as determined by gel filtration.The creatine amidinohydrolase is stable in high pH range and possesses a small Km value, so that it can be purified in high pH range resulting in more easy and simple production than the conventional enzyme, and the lower Km value enables reduction in the period of time and in the amount of the enzyme for each measurement. The creatine amidinohydrolase is obtained by culturing Alkaligenes sp. KS-85 FERM BP-4487.

    摘要: A pressure sensor includes a diaphragm having a magnetic film fixed to one side thereof. The diaphragm is arranged to displace depending on a pressure differential applied thereacross to change an inductance of a coil which is arranged close to the magnetic film with a predetermined gap therebetween. An alternating current is supplied to the coil to be modulated by the inductance of the coil so that the pressure differential across the diaphragm is converted into an electric signal. A monitored pressure is derived based on this converted electric signal.
