    摘要: An architecture that can dynamically detect and/or automatically remedy service usage inequities in a communications network is provided. For example, based upon a comparison of incoming call detail records (CDRs) to various subscriber information entities (e.g., service plan, blacklisted devices for the service plan, historic or current billing cycle usage, etc.), the architecture can identify when a usage inequity occurs or is likely to occur, substantially in real time.

    摘要: A network service access gateway is described that provides service correlation for incoming and outgoing invocations. The service requests can be received to the gateway from telecommunication mobile devices as well as from external service provider applications. A first service request can be received to the gateway and processed. The service correlation identifier (SCID) of the request can be persisted within the gateway prior to forwarding the request to the recipient. When a second and related service invocation is later received to the gateway, the two invocations can be associated based on the SCID. Based on the association, various custom functionality can be performed, such as invoking the charging system to treat the multiple services as a single unified transaction.

    摘要: Providing for network-based management of dynamic mobile coupons (DMCs) employed in mobile device-related commerce is described herein. Management can include mitigating processing load involved in processing dynamic characteristics of a set of DMCs, facilitating post-transaction evaluation of DMCs, or facilitating a virtual shopping experience in conjunction with redeeming DMCs in a mobile-commerce environment. Communicative association between a mobile device and network components can be implemented to leverage data collected by the mobile device with communication and processing capabilities of the network. Dynamic DMC states are determined from the collected data, which are implemented to facilitate the mobile-commerce. The disclosure provides an integrated mechanism for efficient utilization of DMCs to enhance user experience and satisfaction with mobile commerce.

    摘要: A mechanism is disclosed for managing phone calls on phone devices used by the employee of a company. When the user wants to give a call, a new plugin in the phone device interprets an attribute value added by the phone device user to each phone number in order to categorize the call. The cell phone user enters a profile describing his call accounting information. A call management plugin computes a prefix for user personal calls which will be adapted to the user location. The call management plugin at the end of the call tags the call information as a personal call or business call. The phone device sends the tagged call information to a remote server of the company, which consolidates billing information received from the phone operators with the tagged call information.
