摘要: Provided is a microorganism culture sheet having an excellent efficiency for collection of environmental microorganisms and a method for measuring the environmental microorganisms with an excellent collection efficiency. Provided is a microorganism culture sheet including a base sheet, a dry culture layer formed on the base sheet, and a cover sheet covering the dry culture layer, wherein an adhesive layer and a release film are laminated on the inner surface of the cover sheet. Because the environmental microorganisms are collected using the adhesive layer, an excellent collection efficiency is provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a novel bioactivity testing structure for single cell tracking using a gelling agent and a bioactivity testing system including the testing structure. The present invention also relates to bioactivity testing, drug susceptibility testing, antibiotic screening, and diagnostic methods using the testing structure. The bioactivity testing structure of the present invention enables very rapid and simple drug susceptibility testing of bacteria, particularly Mycobacterium tuberculosis, drug screening, and bacterial diagnosis. Particularly, the use of the testing structure enables DST and diagnosis of bacteria only by pretreatment without the need to concentrate human sputum samples irrespective of inoculum effect, ensuring rapid, accurate, and simple testing compared to conventional tuberculosis diagnosis or DST systems. In addition, the testing structure of the present invention simultaneously enables the diagnosis and drug susceptibility testing of tuberculosis. Therefore, the present invention provides an effective alternative to the prior art.

The device is relatively simple, in particular, the mixing of materials uses the method of a vehicle-tank in combination with rotation, achieving the tank free conversion between the two different poses of vertical and the horizontal; and the device conducts the work of loading, inoculation, cultivation and transplantation and so on in the upright pose, and completes the work of sterilization and mixing of materials and so on in the horizontal pose. The device is not only quick to use and easy to move, but also omits the stirring system which occupies a lot of manufacturing costs, and is easy to use in large-scale production.

The contents of the digestion zone can be changed from aerobic operation to either anoxic or anaerobic operation, or vice versa, without changing the bacteria in the digestion zone.

The compost system may comprise an aerated pad, a pivot arm attached to a center of the aerated pad, and a control module. The aerated pad may receive a bulk material to be composted into a compost product. The aerated pad may comprise an air nozzle and a drain to direct water from the bulk material to a water collection system. The pivot arm may deposit the bulk material on the aerated pad. The control module may manage a temperature inside the bulk material using the air nozzle.

摘要: The present invention is concerned with a system of production of glucoamylases and/or proteases. The system has a packed bed solid state fermentation bioreactor. The bioreactor is adapted to contain and to operate using organic waste as fermentation substrate. The bioreactor is provided with spray nozzle for controlling moisture content of the fermentation substrate, means for supplying air to pass through packed bed of the fermentation substrate in said bioreactor, means for analyzing gas content in said bioreactor, means for monitoring temperature in said bioreactor, means for controlling temperature of said bioreactor, a port via which a sample in said bioreactor is obtainable, and means for harvesting enzymatic solution from said bioreactor, the enzymatic solution containing the glucoamylases and/or proteases.

摘要: A fermentation system for production of biogas from solid organic material, the system including at least one fermentation reactor. The fermentation reactor includes a vessel (37) for housing a feed mixture having liquid and solid particles and an outlet port (44), a strainer assembly (33) at the outlet port for filtering processed feed mixture from the vessel, and a biogasification reactor (37) in fluid communication with another fermentation reactor, the other fermentation reactor configured to produce a biomethane. The strainer assembly further includes a mixture driving member (53) positioned in the strainer body (47) adjacent the drain opening (51), the mixture driving member having a driving surface configured to receive the liquid passing through the filter member (60). The driving surface engages the filter member such that solid particles are driven from a surface of the filter member when the driving member is activated. A method of continuously producing a biogas and servicing a strainer assembly for a hydrolysis reactor are disclosed.
