Abstract: Systems and methods for visually tagging communications in communication sessions are provided. A current communication session associated with a user device communicating with one or more other user devices may be monitored. The current communication session may include a plurality of messages including a set of the messages associated with the user device. An emotional state may be identified for each of the messages in the set and categorized based on analyzing the set of the messages in view of contextual information regarding the user of the user device. A categorized emotional state of at least one of the messages may be detected as triggering a tagging rule associated with the user of the user device. A presentation of the set of the messages may be modified within the current communication session based on the tagging rule. The modified presentation may include one or more tags indicative of the categorized emotional state of the at least one message.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a content feed that includes audio data corresponding to speech utterances and processing the content feed to generate a semantically-rich, structured document. The structured document includes a transcription of the speech utterances and includes a plurality of words each aligned with a corresponding audio segment of the audio data that indicates a time when the word was recognized in the audio data. During playback of the content feed, the method also includes receiving a query from a user requesting information contained in the content feed and processing, by a large language model, the query and the structured document to generate a response to the query. The response conveys the requested information contained in the content feed. The method also includes providing, for output from a user device associated with the user, the response to the query.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product for creating and operating a conversational system are described. A user annotated Web API specification is received which includes a set of user annotations The user annotated Web API specification is analyzed to produce an action catalog. The action catalog includes a set of sentences, each sentence describing a respective Web API call. The user annotated Web API specification is also analyzed to produce a rule set, each rule in the rule set has a rule condition which corresponds to an input in the user annotated Web API specification. The action catalog and the rule set are provided to the conversational system. The conversational system uses a question answering (QA) system as a natural language understanding (NLU) component. When the conversational system receives a user input during a dialog between a user and the conversational system, the user input is interpreted by the question answering (QA) system to identify an action from an action catalog. The identified action is set as a goal for a goal-based reasoning engine. A response is issued to the user based on the identified action and results from the goal-based reasoning engine.

Abstract: Systems and methods to maintain amends to an annotation as discrete chronological events are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain a selection of a first annotation template for a first annotation via a client computing platform; generate a root node based on the selection of the first annotation template; obtain a first command to update to the first annotation; append a first update node to the root node responsive to the first command; obtain a second command to update to the first annotation; append a second update node to the first node responsive to the second command; receive an indication to present the first annotation; generate, responsive to the indication, the first annotation by populating the first annotation template included in the root node based on the first node set and in sequential order indicated by the edges; and effectuate presentation of the first annotation.
