摘要: A battery pack includes: a battery core; a bottom plate, where the bottom plate is disposed under the battery core to support the battery core; a top plate, where the top plate is disposed above the battery core; a mounting beam, where the mounting beam includes a main beam portion and a bottom beam portion, the main beam portion is located between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the bottom beam portion is connected to a lower surface of the main beam portion and disposed under the bottom plate; and a connection assembly, where the connection assembly is configured for mounting the battery pack to a mounting point, and the connection assembly couples with the mounting beam to provide the mounting beam an upward acting force when the battery pack is mounted to the mounting point.

摘要: A battery module comprises a cell stack assembly, a front bus bar frame, and a rear bus bar frame. The cell stack assembly includes a plurality of battery cells and a plurality of fluid passage spacers located between adjacent battery cells. The front bus bar frame assembly is coupled to a side of the cell stack assembly along a longitudinal direction and includes a module inlet through which insulating oil for cooling of the plurality of battery cells is supplied to the plurality of fluid passage spacers. The rear bus bar frame assembly is coupled to the opposite side of the cell stack assembly along the longitudinal direction and includes a module outlet through which insulating oil passing through the module inlet and the plurality of fluid passage spacers is discharged.

摘要: A thermal management system and a method of operating thereof includes a housing body having a first broad surface and an opposing second broad surface and may extend between a first end and a second end. The housing body defines plural passages disposed between the first and second broad surfaces. The plural passages extend in one or more orthogonal directions between the first and second ends of the body. An inlet conduit is fluidly coupled with a first passage of the plural passages via an inlet structure that defines an inlet of the housing body, and directs a fluid into the first passage of the plural passages. An outlet conduit is fluidly coupled with a second passage of the plural passages via an outlet structure that defines an outlet of the housing body, and directs the fluid out of the second passage of the plural passages.

The system includes: a battery, a battery thermal exchange structure, a pump, at least one first valve and one or more thermal adjustment components, wherein the battery thermal exchange structure includes a thermal exchange channel passing through the battery, and has a first port and a second port; a first coolant circulation loop is formed via connecting the pump and the battery thermal exchange structure, and a second coolant circulation loop is formed via connecting the pump, the battery thermal exchange structure and the one or more thermal adjustment components; the first valve is set at each or one of two joint locations between the first coolant circulation loop and the second coolant circulation loop and is configured to direct coolant flowing through the first valve into either the first coolant circulation loop or the second coolant circulation loop.

摘要: A battery that includes collectors with tabs that are wide with respect to the area of the collector. The wide tabs present a low electrical and thermal resistance to improve the flow of current and/or heat to and from the collector thereby improving electrical and thermal performance of the battery. The battery further includes terminals with a channel that supports the flow of medium (e.g., liquid) to heat and/or cool the battery. The terminals may include fins or pins to increase the surface area of the terminal to improve thermal transfer to and from the battery and collectors of the battery. The batteries may be formed into a battery module that includes a system for monitoring and regulating the temperature of the batteries of the module.

Each of the grooves is a curved recess portion formed in a thickness direction, opened to the side of the heat dissipating member, formed to have a radius of curvature larger than a radius of curvature of the heat dissipating member, and to have a depth smaller than a circular conversion diameter of the heat dissipating member, and a battery provided with the heat dissipating structure.

摘要: A valve includes a housing having a housing cavity and at least two housing openings. A valve body is rotatably provided in the housing cavity and includes a valve body top portion, a valve body bottom portion and a valve body sidewall. The valve body sidewall has an upper valve body sidewall and a lower valve body sidewall which are connected to each other. An outer surface of the upper valve body sidewall is a partial cylindrical surface, and an outer surface of the lower valve body sidewall is shaped to have a gradually decreasing diameter in a direction from top to bottom. A seal is provided on the valve body sidewall and the seal is configured to match with the housing to enable the valve body sidewall to close at least one of the housing openings.
