摘要: A method for forming a semiconductor device includes forming a gate pattern over a silicon substrate, forming gate spacers over both sidewalls of the gate pattern, forming a dummy gate spacer over a sidewall of each one of the gate spacers, forming a recess region having inclined sidewalls extending in a direction to a channel region under the gate pattern by recess-etching the silicon substrate, filling the recess region with an epitaxial film, which becomes a source region or a drain region, through a selective epitaxial growth process, and removing the dummy gate spacer.

摘要: An apparatus and method determines neighbor Base Station (BS) information in a wireless communication system where a macro cell and a Femto cell coexist. The method includes, when a preamble scanning duration arrives, acquiring preamble information on at least one neighbor BS through preamble scanning. It is determined whether to scan a header for at least one neighbor BS among neighbor BSs for which the preamble information are acquired, in consideration of at least one of the acquisition or non-acquisition of new preamble information through the preamble scanning and a variation of an environment of a preamble acquired through the preamble scanning. And, in case that it is determined to scan the header, a header for a corresponding neighbor BS is scanned and header information of the neighbor BS is acquired.

摘要: A semiconductor device having a recessed active edge is provided. The semiconductor devices include an isolation layer disposed in a substrate to define an active region. A gate electrode is disposed to cross over the active region. A source region and a drain region are disposed in the active region on both sides of the gate electrode. A recessed region is disposed under the gate electrode and on an edge of the active region adjacent to the isolation layer. A bottom of the recessed region may be sloped down toward the isolation layer. The gate electrode may further extend into and fill the recessed region. That is, a gate extension may be disposed in the recessed region. A method of fabricating the semiconductor device is also provided.

摘要: A method of providing a call transfer service and a mobile terminal using the same are provided. When a call connection request signal transmitted to a mobile communication server through a PSTN is received, any one of previously stored phone numbers is selected and a service of transferring a call to the selected phone number according to the received call connection request signal is requested. Therefore, when call connection is requested, it is selected whether a call is to be transferred, when a call is transferred, a phone number to transfer a call can be dynamically selected according to a user situation, and thus user convenience according to call transfer can be improved.
