摘要： A control apparatus for accessing a memory card includes a bus, a detecting circuit, and an adjusting circuit. The bus is regarded as a signal transmission line between the control apparatus and the memory card. The bus has a power signal transmission line for providing the memory card with a power signal. The detecting circuit detects an operating status of the control apparatus and generates an indication signal when the operating status exceeds a predetermined operating range. The adjusting circuit is coupled to the bus and detecting circuit, and is utilized for adjusting a current passing through the power signal transmission line according to the indication signal without closing the power signal transmission line thereby making the operating status operated within the predetermined operating range.

摘要： Increased sidewall coverage by a sputtered material is achieved by generating an ionizing plasma in a relatively low pressure sputtering gas. By reducing the pressure of the sputtering gas, it is believed that the ionization rate of the deposition material passing through the plasma is correspondingly reduced which in turn is believed to increase the sidewall coverage by the underlayer. Although the ionization rate is decreased, sufficient bottom coverage of the by the material is maintained. In an alternative embodiment, increased sidewall coverage by the material may be achieved even in a high density plasma chamber by generating the high density plasma only during an initial portion of the material deposition. Once good bottom coverage has been achieved, the RF power to the coil generating the high density plasma may be turned off entirely and the remainder of the deposition conducted without the high density plasma. Consequently, it has been found that good sidewall coverage is achieved in the latter part of the deposition.

摘要： A series of noble metal organometallic complexes of the general formula (I): MLaXb(FBC)c, wherein M is a noble metal such as iridium, ruthenium or osmium, and L is a neutral ligand such as carbonyl, alkene or diene; X is an anionic ligand such as chloride, bromide, iodide and trifluoroacetate group; and FBC is a fluorinated bidentate chelate ligand such as beta diketonate, beta-ketoiminate, amino-alcoholate and amino-alcoholate ligand, wherein a is an integer of from zero (0) to three (3), b is an integer of from zero (0) to one (1) and c is an 10 integer of from one (1) to three (3). The resulting noble metal complexes possess enhanced volatility and thermal stability characteristics, and are suitable for chemical vapor deposition(CVD) applications. The corresponding noble metal complex is formed by treatment of the FBC ligand with a less volatile metal halide. Also disclosed are CVD methods for using the noble metal complexes as source reagents for deposition of noble metal-containing films such as Ir, Ru and Os, or even metal oxide film materials IrO2, OsO2 and RuO2.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel gene which is associated with audiogenic seizures in mice. The gene is known as the Monogenic Audiogenic Seizure-susceptible gene or mass1. The product of the mass1 gene is designated MASS1. Nucleic acid molecules that encode for MASS1 have been identified and purified. The sequence of murine mass1 can be found at SEQ ID NO: 1, and the sequence of human mass1 can be found at SEQ ID NO: 3. Mammalian genes encoding a MASS1 protein are also provided. The invention also provides recombinant vectors comprising nucleic acid molecules that code for a MASS1 protein. These vectors can be plasmids. In certain embodiments, the vectors are prokaryotic or eukaryotic expression vectors. The nucleic acid coding for MASS1 can be linked to a heterologous promoter. The invention also relates to transgenic animals in which one or both alleles of the endogenous mass1 gene is mutated.
