    摘要: This invention enables coded audio data to be reliably decoded even if an audio signal coded in blocks not in synchronism with the frames or fields of a video signal is decoded on the basis of these frames of fields. By filling an integral number of coded audio blocks in the period of time corresponding to one frame or field of the video signal, this invention forms an array of coded audio blocks in synchronism with the frames or fields of the video signal before transmission. This avoids separating a coded block in transmitted data at a frame or field boundary, and enables the coded audio data to be reliably decoded so as to prevent the occurrence of a period of time in which decoded data is missing even if a switching operation is carried out on the basis of the frames or fields of the video signal.

    摘要: By forming at least one annular groove in each of electrical insulation members provided between a plasma generating electrode and a processing chamber, the insulation performance of the electrical insulation members are prevented from degradation during deposition of conductive films onto a substrate. The plasma generating electrode is substantially a coil of one turn and provided with a pair of introduction portions passing through a wall of the processing chamber. An insulation ring made of quartz glass is installed between each of the introduction portion and the processing chamber. The insulation ring has a round through hole in the center of a disc and three concentric protrusions, each of which is in the shape of an annulus ring, are formed at one side of the disc (the side exposed in the processing chamber). Two annular grooves are made between the protrusions. Each of the protrusions are 50 mm high, 1 mm thick, and 1 mm wide.

As the reaction medium, water alone is used in a proportion of at least 7 moles per mole of the corn milling residue. Carboxymethylation of the corn milling residue is accomplished evenly and smoothly.
